Melissa and her team have been excellent in handling the recent sale of our small equestrian property. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond my expectations in what transpired to be a convoluted and complicated transaction.

I have been renting for many years now and over the course of time I have dealt with a few agents and I have to say that I found Masons the best I have had the pleasure to deal with. Always a very friendly welcome in their office and any problems are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. Over the last year my main point of contact has been Wendy Taylor who I have always found very pleasant, courteous and always replied to any communication in a very timely manner. Both Wendy and the rest of the team are always professional and well-organised and it has been a pleasure to be one of their tenants.

We got married in Sicily, and picked Villa Vittoria from Massimo. We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay and the service. The villa was perfect, and Angelo helped us with anything that we needed, including organising a great Chef to come and cook for us in the villa on our wedding evening. Everything was very clean, and had all the facilities that we needed. The view was great, and it was in a private quiet spot (there were dogs barking at night, but you got used to it, and it's just one of the native landscape sounds). We would definitely return! If you ever think of going on holiday to Sicily, stay with one of Massimo Villas' properties. The apartment where we stayed had breathtaking views of the ocean and in 5 minute walking distance of the historic city centre. A wonderful holiday!

I recently when to the East Boldon store to purchase a suit for a couple of up and coming weddings. I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I was after and the young lady who help me select and try on the suit could not do enough to help me i just wish id taken her name as i would nominate her for employee of the year. She put me straight at ease as i walked in and help me at every stage even to sort out alterations to the trousers, that I didn't even realise that you do. Fantastic service I would recommend to anyone who is after not only a suit but shirts and accessories this was my first visit and definately not my last. i would go as far to say even on my return visit to collect my altered Trousers the guy made sure everything was done right before i left. I bought 2 lava lamps recently, both beautiful. One didn't have the bulb included in error. I contacted mathmos and they sent 2 bulbs to me straight away. very happy with products and with their customer service. my dad bought me a mathmos lava lamp when i was a child and it lasted 25 years. I am entirely confident these will last just as long.

De (reserve)lampen zijn van matige kwailteit, op een lavalamp van 100 euro heb ik al voor 50 euro aan reservelampen gespendeerd. En de prijzen van de reservelampen zijn buiten alle proportie, 14 euro voor een halogeenlampje. Maar goed, het bestellen is makkelijk, de levering is relatief snel, dat is dan de plus kant. Maar het is wel een apart verdienmodel.

Van de 4 bestelde lampen bleek er 1 niet naar behoren te werken. Na een korte communicatie & foto's werd meteen een vervanging gestuurd. Het vervangende exemplaar werkt perfect zoals de andere 3. Hoop er nog lang plezier aan te beleven.

As soon as the bulb was installed it let off an awful acrid burning smell which almost induced an asthma attack in one of my children. The lamp was fine before with a different bulb and is again after taking the new one out. The bulb purchased was the one recommended by Mathmos for the lamp in question.

I have had my Mathmos Astro Lava lamp for years and unfortunately it was stored incorrectly In my loft from when I moved house and leaked. I was overjoyed to learn I could buy a replacement bottle which fit my lamp after all these years. Delivery time was quick and the bottle was well packaged. I’m going to be buying more in different colours! Thank you Mathmos! I love it!

Great service cant believe the parcel arrived in seven days. It takes longer to get stuff sent it N Z. I did intend to get the bigger cutters, but I will try these and see how they go, I do thousands of cuts.We have used your produces for 50 years. The tools themselves are excellent, but waiting a month to deliver because one item is out of stock is not helpful. If i had been stuck for the tools in stock i would have gone elsewhere.

I like my Mazda and the dealership. This is my 5th model. Unfortunately I have only driven my newest the CX 30 3 times because of Lock Down.

As already advised I have got to go back to dealership on Monday 1st June as when I collected the vehicle they were closing within 30 minutes due to the conorvirus pandemic & was only shown "minimalistic/very basic" operational functions.I have read over & over the "handbook" & is extremely technically detailed I am just an ordinary driver/layman & need the dealership to manually go through all the correct functions that I need/require. I love the vehicle & the drive but I need to know the operation competently hence at moment 4 star.

Overall good service - only two minor suggestions: 1. better drop off arrangements: it was not easy to find a car parking space; perhaps separate location for drop-off and for collection may help to avoid overcrowding! 2. more accurate information on where the car will be parked and distance from the airport will help to fully inform.

I would recommend McCarthy Cars because I bought a quality vehicle from them, there was no hard sell which was good and I took my young son with me to the dealership and Rob, the salesperson, was very good and dealt with him very well too.

Found it very clean and all our belongings were no foisty after been in 6 month, had problem with setting direct debit up at first, but once sorted was fine. Very useful storage and easy to get to.

From the first call to arrange a visit from the representative for a quote to them coming to collect the boxes was a very pleasant experience. The girls on the phone were always polite and helpful. The removal men were also polite and helpful, they also worked in a timely manner to make sure the move was completed smoothly. Even the people who collected the boxes and garment carriers turned up at the agreed timescale. I would have no problems recommending McCarthy's

I have not had my surgery yet. The time was only booked for a consult with the Doctor. The email confirming my appointment did not tell me that.

I wanted to have some minor Laser hair removal done and booked an appointment for the next day at the Silom clinic that was closest to where I was staying. I promptly received an email confirming my appointment for the next “morning”. However when I tried to email (hit reply) to ask specifically what time the appointment was for - rather than just “morning”, my message was returned. I tried to call several times - but the line just rang out. So, I went to the address listed on your website in the morning - only to find out that the clinic is no longer there and that it has been replaced with a 7-11 convenience store. The convenience store clerk said that your clinic had moved somewhere else. No updated address on the website. I then sent an email - explaining my situation / experience, only to get a message saying my message would be responded to within 8 hours - still no response has been received back after 2 days. Later that day - I received an email saying my appointment was confirmed for 17:00 at the said clinic. But after being frustrated with your company, I decided to just give up on your company and my plan to get laser hair removal done while I was in BKK. I really should have just chosen a better, more professional company!. All in all, my experience with your company was a complete waste of my time, energy and money (transport fee to get there). Your website and automated generated messages were not helpful and more frustrating than anything. This has been a complete negative experience for me! ????????????????

I recently reviewed Medical Monks (hereafter MM), giving them 1 star, because I never received the product I ordered. I received an immediate response promising to look into my complaint. Apparently my package was lost or damaged in shipment by the Post Office. Without my asking, MM reshipped my order AT NO COST TO ME and I received it this week. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Medical Monks!

I recieved the order but there are no Foley intermittent catheters in the box. I have not been informed that they are on back order-or I would have ordered elsewhere. These are needed products and I cant just pull them out of my ass. I cant for the life of me understand why I wasnt informed of this in advance of recieving a box missing the most important part of the order??? At this point I have no idea when or if the foley intermittent catheters will arrive but my card was charged-so here we sit without the Night time Indwelling catheters. I really did expect better service than this. Going on here to leave this review I see that this thread is full of offers to Mail “purchases of all marijuana strains, Psychedelic drugs, Anxiety drugs, Painkiller meds, Xanax, Meth, Cocaine, Ecstasy pills, LSD,DMT, and a whole lot more.”!!!! This is very disturbing. I cant help but wonder what I have gotten myself into this time.

Miriam has been second to none in dealing with our case, she has been efficient in taking it forward, responding to our queries and keeping us upto date each step of the way. it was a fun afternoon...Andy knew lots about Chocolate which was shared in an informal relaxed way... I would have liked at the start to have received an outline as to how the session/event would work as it was our first time doing this type of event...but the range of chocolate tasted and their stories was very interesting and tasty!

Attended the experience part of a corporate even in London, Feb 2020. Having done other chocolate experiences in UK and abroad, I was sceptical about the level of detail "Melt" would go in about the history, plant knowledge, production and differentiation of Cacao. The blind tasting of 20+ chocolate specimens along with entertaining yet informative history and journey of chocolate alongside tasteful music made an unforgettable experience and insight. This event was topped up with hands-on chocolate cocktail making of 3 classics with a twist. Andrew is an aficionado which is great but his passion reflects on the evening and the entertainment value for anyone who knows a bit about Cacao or even someone who just enjoys Cadbury's Dairy Milk (you won't after this experience) Our thanks to Andrew & Neus for a great night. Along the way we've had many good private guides, but I'd like to give special recognition to our latest Indian guide, Ved Singh. The depth of his political and historical knowledge is impressive, his English is very good and most importantly he knows what tourists want, i.e. a brief summary of what we're seeing and its significance, then time and freedom to browse leisurely soaking up the once-in-a-lifetime experience and taking our photos. Well, this Morocco trip is my second hit with Memphis Tours. I have visited Egypt on a Nile cruise last winter, the Perfect service I got made me decide to go over and over again. The staff is really awesome, booking was easy and helpful, event their representative in the destinations I visited. This time I visited the kingdom where everything is really Royal and has its own Glory. Among the Imperial cities tour package I got, Chefchauen is the closest to my heart. I found EVERYTHING blue, yes happily blue and calming like skies. The architecture of the city with small houses and colors made my tour part of paradise, I wish to stay longer there. My guide helped me a lot with having a great tour, he made me feel Home. I had a great experience in Morocco, recommending it fas your next hit.

Delivery was excellent. I do like the pendants however I would not recommend the chain it was quite light and not of good quality. Overall this product is overpriced for what it really is. Go spend £120+ on something of better quality. There are no returns.

My sons paid for me to have made an eternity trio necklace with granddaughters names on it over £100 ? very poor quality like a bit of tin !!!! It’s so thin it will definitely not last. And the engraving is shabby. Not worth the money very poor

Needed a place to store some important items for a few weeks and stopped by at Metro. Managed to get a deal for a 10sqft unit. Units are accessible until 10pm at night. Jon at reception was very helpful and nice. Only thing is you have to pay a refundable deposit and this increased the cost. However, overall I'm happy with the service.

I telephoned 1 hour before I went and was given a price only to find when I got there (with a car load of things) that the price was (a) more expensive than quoted; and (b) a deposit was required went which pushed the price up further. Makes a mockery of your claim that the price given is transparent and all inclusive and was completely misleading. The storage unit itself is fine.

I put in a phone order was I needed a specific card so need to speak someone in person to put it with the gift I ordered...the lady I dealt with helped me greatly and went through all the cards she had reading them to me.. she gift gift wrapped for me also.. Will never, ever use this Audenza again!! Ordered a £220 rug that was meant to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. The rug didn’t show up after 2 weeks so I contacted Audenza (they’re phone lines are shut! As in completely shut, not just reduced hours, you physically can’t speak to a person!). After lots of back and forward over email they are insisting that the parcel has been delivered to our address but couldn’t tell me who was meant to have signed for our delivery! Email tennis for almost a week, not to mention being cornered into virtually accusing our new neighbours of ‘stealing’ our order and I’m still no further towards finding out what’s happened to our rug! I’m £220 down, missing a rug and throughly annoyed.

The purchase process was simple and the support I received from the chat was good, however I order the parts on Tuesday afternoon and they told me that the items I needed will be dispatched and with me on Thursday. On Friday morning I call to find out what happened with the order and only then I found out that they had a problem with the manufacturer and there was a delay and I would received the goods in a week. This was disappointing, the reason I order from you was the speed and I was let down additionally, I had to call myself to find out the problem.
