We submitted a review about being ignored by the managers and after some conversation we were issued a one day comp. We spent over $11K in 14 months at the Desire location and had recommended the resort in the past. They seem to have forgotten how to manage good relations.

From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

I bought from the website where delivery was 4-5 days. It is 6-8 weeks!!! Terrible miss use of information!

I won a holiday to Tenerife from chanel 5 tv. and Destinology have been booking it for me. I go on the 6th March. The staff have been so helpful and attentive, Vicki has been looking after me. I cannot give a full review as I haven't received the holiday documents yet but I can say that I have been well looked after and all the staff I spoke to have been more than helpful.

I love this program but had a bit of trouble transferring data from one year to the next. Also when I save I lose track of which is the current file. That could be just me but I have to keep changing the name so I can find the latest file.

I have purchased planners from DHX Soft for several years. The planners do exactly what they say, are easy to use and produce meaningful reports. The after service support for any issues is always prompt and efficient - thanks, Dave! One suggestion. As a global organisation it would be useful to be able to pre-select multiple country's public holidays at the same time. Currently, I select one and then manually add all the others for the other 8 countries where I have staff based. Time-consuming if you consider I have to add up to 12 dates per year for each staff member.

I have not received any of the 3 things I ordered which were in response to a close family member's new diagnosis so I am very dissapointed. 2 were information to help us all and 1 a cookery book so we can know we are offereing healthy suitable food. Nothing received and no explanation and don't blame Covid - everyone else gets things out much quicker. Very dissapointed.

Diggins & Co managed the sale of our Late relative's property from first introduction to completion in less than 5 months and that included the Christmas holiday period. All communication was exceptionally efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Their relationship with our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor proved very useful and made the whole process stress free.

This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

I received my item's but was short on one of the item. I called and explained and they said they will get back to me. Received a call the same day and they confirmed the item was short and they would send me the missing item which I received the next day. Very courteous and efficient service as this was my first order with them.

Doors were delivered within the timeframe set (3 weeks). Very well packaged and good value. Our carpenter commented on the quality and the build of the doors. They have just been fitted and look fantastic so hopefully they will last a long time.

Easily scratched, day 2 our sofa leg made a large scratch and it won't come out.

Ordered laminate flooring, selected collection but was charged nearly £50 for delivery even tho I collected, told me I would get refunded and never did even after multiple phonecalls and visits to the store, wouldn't recommend using the website to order, also when visiting they had me waiting for 10-15 minutes while they all watches TV in the office.... Not a very food experience with this company....and still no delivery charge refund... Not happy with there service

I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. He even gave me his direct telephone line in case of future query. The booking/ordering system, aided by Stewart was very pleasurable and now all we need to do is enjoy the holiday i booked.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

Placed an order on line and got items delivered within two days. We use these mailing bags to send bundles and large documents out and they are very good.

Ordered next day delivery a week ago and emailed you twice and still no package scales or email reply

Overall a very good service, however, it cost me approx £50 extra with direct line rather than had I booked with Jet 2 . this is the only reason I have awarded 3 stars, had the price been less harse in comparison to Jet 2, I would have given better

We have used Discerning Collection on two occasions now and are absolutely delighted with the service we have received. We feel very special receiving such a personal experience. We have expressed our delight to the staff involved with our booking and we will certainly be using them again next year. We wished you did City breaks as this is a service we would appreciate. However, it is more important that as a small company you specialise and do everything well and that you do not spread yourself too thin and then the service is not as good.

Everything, office service great, hotel wonderful, could not fault anything about the holiday, except one thing , it was not long enough, 10 days it should of been 3weeks, maybe next year. Received email on Tuesday to say parcel had been dispatched, chased on Thursday to be told being shipped for delivery Friday, received a phone call on Friday to say parcel was stuck in Hub. Can it be delivered Saturday? Now have staff on site waiting to complete work. Could do better.

Dodgy sales tactics people in tge Philippines coerce you to pay over $1100 Aud, no follow up, dishonest staff promising bookings using all discovery dollars from Philippines, but no sales agent contacts you for a couple of weeks after your money has passed the cooling off 10 days and you get no booking and you have lost your money in Discovery dollars which is like monopoly money, Worthless! This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. It is criminal how the sales agents has taken my money and I have no holidays accommodation as promised.

Displaysense were a really great company to deal with. I ordered 4 glass cabinets for my showroom, the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me with the correct sizing. Cabinets arrived earlier than expected and were easy to put together. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!

I'm a returning customer and ordered a number of clothes rails when moving house. I've had rails in the past from a known high street retailer, but they break quite easily. I have to say the 6ft clothes rails I ordered from Displaysense where great quality, I would certainly recommend.

I was worried at first with the logistics behind online learning, but what I can say now is that this was my best descision of my adult life, I have a gained new employment and I haven’t even finished my course, my employer is so happy with the course I’m studying as long as I keep hitting targets I have the job I always dreamed of. 10/10 best descision ever.

I started studying with DLC last year, so far my time with them as a student has been great. The Mentor team respond quickly to any questions i have and i have been able to speak to my tutor when i have needed to. I am trying to finish my course quicker then the recommended study time and i have been able to work at my own pace so far which is great for me. Would definitely recommend them as a training provider.

Our month long holiday to Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong was excellent. We loved visiting and getting to know these great destinations. Distant Journeys had organised our trip very well and it ran smoothly from start to finish. All connections were good and we had no problem in any of the three countries we visited. The guides in the various places were very professional and could not be faulted. The only criticism was the size of our group which as 45 people, some quite elderly and somewhat disabled, was far too large. A lot of time was wasted in getting on and off coaches to visit various sights. This was unfortunate and not the fault of the people but of the company who over filled the tour. Half the number would have been ideal, but less profitable for the tour operators. In all other respects the staff at the UK office were excellent and went out of their way to be more helpful.

They dont even deserve 1 point, absolute rubbish and ripoff, only thing they did was ruining my trip and plans, i travelled to cairns only to dive in the great barrier reef i booked an intro diving for 240$ and once on board they told us there is no diving and no refund as the prices for snorkelling only and diving are almost similar, while snorkelling only cruises are for around 80$-90$ at other companies. Beside the money they ruined my trip as i didnt have enough time to dive with another cruise as well, at least they could have informed us before hand so we could book elsewhere but since they know you cant do nothing once they told u while your aboard thats what they chose.

The entire process took 8+ hours to finish the attic in a small house.

I am building a new home and DE came in and gave me beautiful all-around experience. They visited with a bid, and stayed with the project through till the end. I’m using them again on my home!

The awning was made and delivered in a very timely manner.It was not an easy install for myself due to the fact that I had 2 different roof pitches I had to deal with but the hardware that came with the awning made the install less difficult.If you are somewhat handy and can find at least 2 other helpers to lift the awning into the brackets, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that this is really a DIY project.

It is a very stressful situation to give your order because you are afraid if you make one tiny wrong measurement the new awning won't fit when it arrives and you have already spent $500. So videos SHOWING how to measure the awning (vs just telling us in words) would reduce our stress level greatly. SHOW don't TELL is always a stress reducer! Second you SHOULD have videos on how to install awnings. Or at least links to youtube videos that show this for different manufactures (with disclaimers) but you would have to monitor links weekly or so to make sure none get broken. The quality of awning was great and arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. I am very impressed with the whole operation (except above) and had no trouble installing the awning BUT I had to do tons of research on line to find our how to install before I could buy from DIY. So got discouraged and tried to hire it done but no one in my area actually would come do it so I went with DIY. So people at DIY you need to lower the anxiety of a purchaser so they will order from you instead of giving up and getting someone to do it. Actually when installing it we ran into a hitch. The back roller was installed in such a way at my house that the cord would not slip in--you couldn't get to ends because of obstructions (unless you wanted to disassemble it and take it down). The existing one had been done with Velcro on tube and on fabric. We reproduced this method (they now make a very good Velcro that sticks to the fabric--don't have to sew it on like the one I took off did), which worked great. However the joke here is it took 3 PhD Engineering professors 3 hours to do it--perhaps beer prolonged!

We just took the Montenegro coast cruise in May 2019. It was wonderful. The captain and crew were totally dedicated to making the 12 passengers as comfortable as possible. We were very late arriving due to flight delays and our crew had full meal waiting when we arrived after mid night. The chef was amazing. Swimming off the boat was unforgettable. The boat was so much fun. Met terrific people. Just a great experience. DM Yachting staff all terrific.

Wonderful time spent on the yacht,when they put the sails up priceless,crew brilliant and the chef should be Michelin star,the daily information kept us well informed by Milos skipper brilliant Emmett joined in the fun trips excellent .

This company phoned me first to ensure the delivery slot was acceptable and on the delivery day the courier driver could not have been more helpful. The assembly instructions are the best I've seen with a step by step photographic guide, although I never needed them as the log store arrived fully assembled. Great company to do business with.

Two excellent tool sheds were delivered by pallet just 2 weeks after my initial enquiry. They are beautifully made and were specially scaled down in order to fit through my front door. What a relief to buy them ready assembled - would certainly recommend this firm to anyone.

Awesome - we have ordered a board and they did not ship the one they had in stock due to not 100% ok - but as it was intended to be a Christmas gift they managed to send the board from the wholesale dealer directly to us in Germany to ensure it will arrive in time. All in time and top board! Thank you!

Wouldn't hesitate to buy a board off these guys again, I took me over 30 mins to take off the packaging so god knows how long it took them to package the board. There wasn't a chance of any damage being done to this board in delivery. It arrived on time and loving it... DPOM.co.uk is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They err incompetent, inept and a total waste of time. If you want to lose money then this is the outfit that can do that for you. If you want a ROI then forget about it. They don’t listen to anything you tell them, they don’t want to talk or engage with you. They just send stupid report to you. I didn’t pay for reports, I paid for customers and conversions. They have feefo feedback on their site, it’s all 5 stars. I’m not surprised as they won’t let me rate them on there. I think all the feefo reviews are all fake. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself from misery and heartache. Don’t get involved with these crooks. Do the Google Ads yourself.

I have been working with Michael from dpom now for a little while on our PPC campaigns and SEO. Michael's has always been available on the phone and email when needed and the team have given us greater insights into our our campaigns here at Shottle Hall. We had a few technical issues with Google's tracking codes when starting and dpom were able to find out the problem and help us get these sorted. I work night shift and this product is great. Love the fit, as well as the light weight material. The eye mask is awesome- comfortable. This is an awesome product for those that need to sleep during the day.

I accidentally got the wrong size at first, but Customer Service made it right and quickly shipped the correct size. It’s super comfy and helps block out light and noise which is perfect for someone who works at night and sleeps during the day. I used to suffer from nightmares every night, but now I rarely even remember my dreams if I have any. The only downside is I still find it helpful to wear earplugs in addition to the headband. Also there is a seam on the entire length of each sleeve of the garment which can cause irritation sometimes.

Yes, good service and delivery by the driver in good time considering some places are taking weeks and weeks as one of my order with Holland + Barratt took 3 weeks to arrive and was in a blue plastic bag and the 2 items that were liquid had leaked all over the other 2 items, so was not amused. They took 2 week to even reply, by which time i had had enough and afraid i wil not do anymore online orders now if the item itself is not boxed like this handcream was and had a seal on the tube inside, so very nice quality handcream and I had read the reviews first so that gave me some information that it was a good quality item
