Order # 3000000445 - Very Very Dissatisfied Customer,. I originally order 4 deluxe car mats in black with blue trim. I did not receive them and the order was still processing in 12/2021. I called in the middle of December, was told they were delivered, never received any notice or tracking. The was resubmitted and I was told the 1st 2 weeks of January 2022 ir would be delivered. I called back the 2nd week of January and was told 2 more weeks, it was delivered today and was not what I ordered. I ordered black with blue trim and received black with black trim. So 3 months to receive the wrong items, never again. Since it took 3 months to receive the wrong color, don’t want to return them and wait another 3 months for another possible wrong color

I purchased a boot liner for my C300 Mercedes Benz and it fitted perfectly EXCEPT in one location in the boot where it was obviously too big for the space it was intended to fit! How could that happen if it was designed for my model of car, which it was advertised to be? After contacting them via email, without any explanation they said they would refund me my money if I sent the product back (they at least sent an Australia Post label) but this is a big item to ship and I obviously no longer have the large bag they shipped it in, so now I have to go and find packaging large enough to return it! I ultimately spoke to one of their so-called customer service people about whether I had the only car that had ordered this product as they could not have missed this problem if someone else had ordered the same item but she simply gave me the same stock answers that she would talk to the "warehouse". That is NOT customer service!!

I needed a new washer for my toilet fill valve and managed to order the correct part at a great price which was promptly delivered

I received the correct part within 2 days in a small package that went in the letter box better than some companies I could mention who pack a small item in an oversized box. Great well done, the toilet now works ????

I am regular flyer with BA which is usually OK. However on Christmas Eve we were left stranded in Iceland for 11hours with no food or drinks ( apart from one bottle of water). Arriving late means we missed Christmas Day and as we were diverted to Birmingham instead of London , a long extra journey on coach! BA refused to even recognising the delay and kept making excuses for not admitting the delay. Annie & Holly from the Flight Delay team were simply superb.

Flights to India is a site that I have been using for years as I fly around India and Asia frequently. I usually find that their rates on flights are lower than other sites. I have also had some luck when I call and speak to an agent directly to lower the cost of my flight. Over the years, the website has gotten much better and easier to navigate.

Buying my car (BMW 320 XDrive MSport) with Chris was the best idea I've had in a long time. It not only saved me at least 15-20% of what I would have paid elsewhere, but also got me a better specification model than I was originally looking for. The process may seem daunting at first, but Chris made the whole thing very simple. I have already recommended him to a few friends and when it comes to getting another car I will 100% be going back to him to help me find it.

Attention An attentive professional attitude until I had made the payment where I was then made to feel like an inconvenience and had to continually chase them to make any progress. Whilst open to suggestion with regards to design it took multiple attempts to produce a simple layout where pipes are not running through exterior or supporting walls and where permanently excluded areas simply not forgotten to be added. Apparently the extra attempts to rectify their mistakes were ‘above and beyond the normal’. Delivery took about 4 weeks where a visual inspection of the wrapped pallet was made and signed for, noting that any missing parts or damage should be reported to TFHW within 48 hours (the t&c’s are contradictory). Upon disassembling the pallet (2m3) of over 250 pieces it transpires there are a few damaged parts and some missing ones also no CAD printout or installation manual. The missing parts were out of stock so they simply didn’t bother to inform, refund or send at a later date. A further 2 weeks of jumping through hoops sending photos etc ended with an agreement to send out the necessary items but that quickly changed and I am now being fobbed off. This has lead to a decision to return the kit as the project is far behind schedule. A return for a full refund apparently is possible providing all parts are in as new condition (despite not receiving them in as new condition) less the £400 shipping cost. I ordered the underfloor heating panels early Friday morning, but they weren't delivered until the following Wednesday. I live in France and they were being delivered to UK to a friend who was bringing them over for me, so the delivery was pretty time critical as they had to be there before he left. Had the delivery been as stated I would have given 5 stars as the customer service is excellent.

Further to another email which was requested i was complete ignored and no action was taken to try and compensate. I was very disapointed with the customer service and would have at least expected an email in respone. Very unprofessional.

Lack of information on transfer times, rep at the hotel would not allow us to purchase a trip over the telephone given that he had been at the hotel once the whole trip, also to be sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes on the way out before take off with not even a water then standing at the flybe check in desk on the way back for over an hour as they couldn't print tickets meant that when we finally got through security we were unable to stop for the toilet or a drink and food, then we actually get on the flight and again sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes before take off - again with no water!

Waiting 2 hours on the Tarmac both ways does not make for a great flight.

Fly and Save dealt with my query very professionally, I had some specific requirements as I was traveling with my 74 year old grandmother, they were able to accommodate all our needs, from the booking process which was easy and straight forward, to the flights and airports pick up, everything went smoothly. I will use this company again.

My experience with Fly & Save was good, they offered to my surprise e very cheap flight, I traveled to New York for less than £450 which is one of the best prices I've ever paid. I'm flying to New York again in a couple of months and will definitely check them out to see if they have similar deals.

Lovely room until they had a terrible noisy disruptive birthday party on one night, drowned out TV in our room. However, they stopped the noise in the end but so noisy it drove party goers outside .

The whole experience of Forest Barn was 5 star and exceeded all our expectations, the Manor was a superb location, relaxing and peaceful, the amenities were excellent and the hosts, Lynda and Geoff were lovely.

Service was very good generally, however when we arrived the host was running late and because the instructions weren’t clear, we unfortunately disturbed a resident of the Chapel, and according to her this happens regularly.

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

Service was very good,but i must say that if you're looking for a reasonable quiet fridge this one is not for you,had to call the engineer out cus i was really worry about the noise it was making,only got told it was a working noise,but everything else is working fine so i didn't argue.

I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

What a stress free experience it was to deal with Vanessa and Jerry. From the first phone call to the viewing, test drive and, finally, collecting the vehicle it could not have been easier. We booked a tailor made fly drive to Utah’s National Parks and had an awesome holiday. All our accommodation was fabulous and there were no issues. The one-and-only reason I bought this insurance is to provide evidence to the Home Office that I have "comprehensive sickness insurance", for my application for a UK residency card. I understand that this is a common reason people buy Freedom Elite. But nowhere in the marketing or policy wording does Freedom Health use the phrase "comprehensive sickness insurance". Why not? That's like Jaguar not acknowledging that they sell automobiles. I'm paying >/ 2,000 Pounds a year for this coverage. The least Freedom Health can do is make me feel confident I bought the right product from the broker! I know what product I asked to buy. You know what product you sold me. Why don't the words match?
