We decided last minute to vacation to Thailand. Elite flight concierge made getting there and back an affordable yet luxury experience. Elijah, our agent, booked us two business class tickets amongst Eva air. He did all the research and found us the best seats for the best price. The service was amazing! Best of all is that someone is always there to assist you. The response time for our questions was stellar and I would highly recommend using their services.

My husband and I finally booked our dream vacation to Paris and in order to make it extra special I surprised him by upgrading us to business class with Air France. We had initially thought it was just too expensive but after finding Elite Flights, we were able to get the same flight for almost $4000 less per ticket! It was still a bit more expensive then economy but TOTALLY worth it! If you have not flown in business class you have no idea what you are missing out on!!

First time of buying, wide range of Siku models 1st class service, will use them again.

Bad customer services.I ordered a pair of shoes and after 14 days got reply that item was out of stock.In these hard times of lock down situation I think companies are liable to give best customer services and prompt response regarding any queries.

The service was great so far as with any insurance it is only good or bad when you come to the unfortunate time to make a claim hopefully this will be a five star rating for Emerald life but apart from that my experience with Emerald life was very easy and understanding I have heard over the past years many horror stories of insurance companies travel insurance with people being not able to make a claim are making it so hard for them due to the small print or a get out clause hopefully fingers crossed in the unlikely event of a claim this would not happen with emerald life only then would I recommend a five star rating

I would definitely recommend an Emerald river cruise. It is very relaxing. The meals were excellent and there was a great selection of both buffet food and at dinner. The entertainment was good and the excursions were well organised. The ship was very clean in all areas. We had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds.

We have previously travelled with Emerald twice, this will be three times because we find that they are the best river waterway providers there is, we have travelled with other companies but not as good as Emerald.

I can honestly say, Matthew Stevenson stood out from other recruiters I was working with at the time. He delivered relevant jobs, arranged interviews very quickly with multiple employers, so the process was very efficient and professional. He listened to what I was looking for, trusted my judgment (!) and created multiple opportunities to choose from and eventually negotiated a higher offer than originally planned. When you say you are going to send tickets via first class post, please do it in future. They should have arrived for christmas, i still haven't received them.

I called Encore one time. Did not understand the person on line, although she was business like and did know who to transfer me to just by mentioning the name of the show (Come from Away). She transferred me to the Phoenix where the nicest, smartest, and most helpful people took time to accommodate my elderly husband and I. Such courteous people is why we are going back to London for the third time. We find Brits, friendly, funny, and helpful to tourists. Kim was especially helpful as was the gentleman I talked to when I returned her call.

Initially went to Jemma asking what she had available, don't usually reach out but in this case had been following on LinkenIn for a while so knew she specialised in the roles I wanted. Got some great advice and was presented with a fantastic role with a job spec for me to mull over during a weekend. Secured an interview and Jemma was very helpful along the journey from the lead up to keeping me updated following the interview. She also provided some great insights into the industry as a whole. I managed to get the role and am very excited to start 2020 with a great company!

Although the engineer did a good job I got the impression that he had not been fully briefed? It seems that the admin part of the business is not totally in sync with the engineers. What would have been nice is some form of "welcome pack" with details of guarantee registration, contact numbers for emergency calls at weekends etc.

Very very good all round service from when I first contacted them all the way up to the inatal of my new boiler wI'll recommended to fail and friends.

The levels of care and attention-to-detail come from the experience and dedication of Chris & Sarah, who started the endeavour and personally run the courses.

My children made considerable progress in their spoken and written english while having fun.They participated in real life workshops, made new friends and visited new places.They themselves say that ECS has been one of their best experiences in their lives.

Ordering online was easy and straightforward, The delivery was very poor with parts missing, wrong items supplied and I still don’t have one of the items over 10 days later!

Not let their customers wait 2 weeks for their multiple order just because two small items were out of stock. I did appreciate the freebies but they still didn't make up for the job I lost out on because my welding rods didn't turn up on time. I will be going back to rapid welding from now on who get my stuff delivered on time.

Only ever had one contact to ask how the temp was going and they have been here for nearly 12 months now, call was mainly to remind me that Enterprise where there if I needed temporary resource again, not to just check in on the temp When they were off on ACC and returned to work I did all the chasing round to ensure that there desk was set up correctly didn't see a person from enterprise once. Have had to email multiple times to change purchase order numbers.

Avoid!!! Got charged for a parking ticket a day after I returned the car - because I was “the last customer” that used it. Clearly remember parking in correct bay, have requested a proof of me leaving the car in wrong bay but got nothing back, just a “you were the last customer” so you have to pay. They could not prove that it was me who left the car in that bay the day before, just presented me with pictures of a car the day after. What a joke!! I was in a process of disputing it while they took money out of my account without a permission. To top it off I have seen their staff move cars around before, as my flat is facing one of the parking bays. AVOID!!! They will steal your money!!!

I would give this scam of a company 0 stars if I could. Read on for an absolute horror story: We booked a car for a holiday from 25th June 2022 to 28th June 2022. The car was booked in advance. I received an email under 24 hours before I was due to take the car telling me the car was not available and that there were no alternatives. I received little to no empathy over the phone or via email. We had to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute, which turned out to be much more expensive. I had to pay this out of pocket because Enterprise was still holding onto the funds made for the car (which they cancelled). We booked the car at a specific time to get to our destination as early as possible. But we ended up arriving late and lost out on one full day of vacation time. On 30th June I booked another car. But the car wouldn't start. I made two bookings with the same car and both times the car didn't start. Once again, we were late for our meeting and had to rush to find alternative means to travel. On 1st July, we booked a car for about 5-6 hours for local errands and to drop some family to the airport. The postcode provided on the Enterprise system was wrong, so we had to find the right address, which was an additional 15-minute walk. We finally got to the bay and the car wasn't there. Half an hour into my booking I get a call from Enterprise offering an alternative car. I then walk another 10 minutes to the replacement car. The alternative car was not fit for purpose because it didn't have enough capacity for the luggage to the airport. But I had no choice but to take the car as there wasn't another option. I later realised there is no way this car is fit for purpose and had to drop it to the bay early and make my way home, all rushing so that my family members wouldn't miss their flight. We had no choice but to book an Uber which turned out to be more expensive. On 18th July, I booked a car for an airport run. I got to the car and it wouldn’t start. This was past midnight. Had to book alternate travel means at the last minute. And guess what? After all this, they send me an invoice. The nerve. Things have been going wrong with Enterprise from the very start. The staff have shown no accountability or empathy for the situation. All I was offered was £25 credit as compensation for trip 1. Do you honestly think that is sufficient? Last email communication was 5th July. Still haven't heard back. They don't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lots of going back and fourth with the same documents, maybe if the two people who dealt with my case spoke to each other, I wouldn't have to have sent the same paperwork twice. Once we were over that stage, the service was very good and everything moved forward. Yes we would use again and recommend.

James arranged a healthcare package which was similar, indeed, marginally better than the package we had and saved £1200. The service was efficient and very quick.

James reviewed the renewal policy of our current provider and came up with a better level of cover for a lower premium with one of the top health insurance providers, can't ask for much more.

Everything was quite straightforward,only downside is we were advised that we could start repayments immediately,the lenders have since told us we can call them each month to make a payment as they don’t have a direct debit or standing order arrangement available so every month now we will have to ring them.

Simone, our guide, was helpful and well organized and the tour itself was a delight as were our fellow travelers. The baglios or country wine estates where we stayed were all beautifully appointed with elegant dining rooms and marvelous food cooked by their in-house chefs.

Travelling in the middle of Sicily is an exhilarating experience; it's beautiful; there are Greek theatres, Baroque churches, fields of scarlet poppies, stunning views, interesting villages and small towns, chocolate tasting (!) and a tiny but perfect museum celebrating 'Cinema Paradiso' in the village where it was made and very much more.

I needed to drill through some spring steel which is incredibly difficult to drill through. Carbide drill bits are very expensive but Eternal tools bits were cheaper than the competition. Thought I would give them a go. The drill bit turned up quickly and did the job so I am pleased with the product. I am a DIY enthusiast not a professional tradesman so for what I needed they were perfect.

I appreciate that due to the time of our landing, would normally be near home time, the staff member wasn't around and we had to wait over 10mins for attention...turns out the girl was looking over her available stock. It also turned out that our choice of car wasn't available and k believe we were down graded to a Corsa without and offer of a refund (as I believe this is a cheaper car on your scale). The Corsa turned out to be satisfactory for our couple of days.

Delayed collection of furniture in England, then missed the delivery window in Germany. Damage on furniture: handles had been smashed off, dents on other furniture, masses of smashed ornaments - the ornament box which clearly had 'FRAGILE' written on all sides was smashed (the box!) and 1/2 of the ornaments inside the box are smashed. Delivery driver sleepily said that it would have made more sense if they had put the heavier boxes on the bottom when loading the van - yes I totally agree. No help unloading the van in germany. I would not recommend this company, they seem to have little care for items or delivery time keeping.
