They made and delivered just what I was looking for, when I enquired as to the delivery via e-mail they rang back the next day with an acceptable delivery time table, their product is very well made and as I expect will last many a life-time, the delivery guy was just as pleasing & helped carry on to site, can not recommend Kedel enough, 6 stars. Ordered on Sunday - on-line delivery forecast was 3 to 4 days if in stock - phoned Kedel on Monday to verify I'd have item by Friday - it arrived Wednesday - brilliant!!

Ordered 8 by 7. However recieved a phone call as was out of stock of item i ordered. Offered the dearer item which was 9 by 8. For the same price. I did offer to pay difference but refused my offer and supplied the the more exoensive item. Really good service even during the covid 19 lockdown. Woukd recommend them 10 out of 10 for them

After an initial polite update of there being a delay of about a week for the delivery, which was OK and understandable, 5 weeks have now gone by with no communication from the company. In the fourth week I sent two e-mails, a few days apart with one by their website contact form, and there was no reply to either. After another few days I then phoned the shop last Saturday and a friendly man apologised and stated I'd get an update early in the week. It never came. So it is now another Saturday and I've really delayed answering this e-mail request for a review, hoping the company would come up with the goods. It's a shame as a courteous e-mail here and there would have cost them nothing. The £64.98 was paid and taken immediately on order and I will now unfortunately seek a refund and order elsewhere as there is still no indication of any processing or delivery being made to me.

I’ve been looking for zero waste alternatives that don’t break the bank in what seems like forever. Many places want you to pay £5+ for a stick of deodorant which is think makes zero waste less obtainable for people. But I thought the prices were reasonable for the most part and &Keep offer a range of alternatives that I hadn’t seen before. Their solid dish soap and their dissolvable cleaning capsules are great! Once I’ve used up my regular cleaning bottles, I’ll give them a rinse and put the capsules in. I usually buy the cheapest cleaning supplies so £1.50 per capsule which is dissolvable in 750ml of water is not much more expensive than what I usually spend; and I don’t have to recycle and rebuy cleaning bottles. Overall a great experience on the site, fast shipping and a variety or affordable and unique products.

I always enjoy the sweets from the website and try to remember to get them every year. I had placed an order in the basket which I thought had gone through so I went to check a week later to see where the order was and it hadn’t been placed. I had no emails about this being left in your basket you’ve forgetten this order. Which may have helped because I then had to spend £5.99 on next day delivery....

I didn’t receive the package and it’s been over ten days since the dispatch day. No respond from the customer service team after sending an email.

I ordered three HV test meter fuses, They came very well packed, one of them did the job and the other two was to keep as spares. These little thing can be quite expensive and the prices varying all overe the place, Kempston prices for these 440mA HV testmeter fuses was very reasonable. I now KNOW where to get thjem from.

I applied for a role that was paged on your website and within 24 hours I received contact from Bethany Singer. As I was moving from The Midlands, I was new to the process of applying for jobs within agencies in London. Excellent service after courier lost first order, no fuss and replaced next day

I admit my booking was short notice but on the day of checking in I had received no phone call to advise that there were issues with contacting the cottage owner. I called the company to find out checking in times etc only to be told there was an issue and I wouldn’t actually be staying in that cottage. However they did find me alternative accommodation.

Website very very annoying when keeps reverting to page 1 of search results when was on page 9 also reverts to top of page after looking at individual property.

My trip organised by Ker & Downey Africa to The Simbavati River Lodge and Safari was immaculately planned and went off wonderfully. My tracker and guide were brilliant ,they did all what I would do off roading , going through slush , river beds to get me to the leopards and elephants I was keen on photographing . It was an experience just as I had wanted . I’m coming back for sure every year! Thanks K&D!

We chose to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in South Africa. Everything was amazing from my first conversation Sarah till our departure out of Johannesburg 16 days later. Every detail was thought of and taken care of, we had someone waiting at every airport, getting our bags, walking us through customs etc.. Sarah built our itinerary around the three or four countries/areas we wanted to see. The whole trip was top notch, luxury accommodations, reliable transfers, Wayne our driver in Cape Town was amazing! He shared so much information about Cape Town and surrounding areas we toured. Sarah was so thoughtful and recognized our anniversary everywhere we went, there was champagne and chocolates or fruit in every room! As we traveled and spoke with others who were doing the same areas we were but in the opposite direction, commented on how smart it was to do the trip our way...that was all Sarah! The food was amazing everywhere Pippa was available to make reservations for the restaurants in Cape Town. Sarah had answers and recommendations for everything!! She took the time to meet my husband and I in person half way through out trip. This trip far exceeded our expectations and we are sad it's now a memory.

I meant to give you a 4 star for actual service which was excellent. However, when delivered the lid of one of the boxes was damaged because of the stacking. However, a telephone call resolved this quickly and amicably. My personal saying is: "It isn't the problem that the problem - it's the way in which is handled. I had my accident the day before I was going abroad and Kia Insurance sorted out my claim promptly and efficiently so that the car was with the repairers before I left and was dropped off at my house with the work completed before I returned home.

my first contact with the insurance company went exceptionally well with the recovery of my car and hire car sorted the very same day. form there i had regular communication with yourselves with updates on my claim and progress with the repairs carried out on my vehicle. Then from September the 11th i made contact with Kinderton to which I was told my claims handler had changed,,, to which i should have been told prior! Then i tried to contact my new case handler asking for a phone call to discuss the safety issue on my car following my visit to the garage as i had no update from Kinderton. Why am i still waiting for this call after again emailing asking to speak to a member of staff. I did receive a call form Kinderton via a voicemail saying they wanted to arrange a time to clooect my hire car. why was this call made because i did not have my own car back due to it failing a safety inspection. i now have my car back following the repairs but would like an explanation on why as a customer i was clearly ignored and not informed when updates or changes to my claim had be made.

Our family of four spent 14 days in Athens , Santorini , Naxos and Mykonos in August 2017. We were clueless about how to plan the trip to Greece with kids as there is so much to do and there are so many options available for hotels and tours that we found it overwhelming . We wanted an itinerary in such a way that we could visit historical landmarks , learn about Greek history , enjoy beautiful beaches and also have relaxing time. Vassiliki , our tour guide to Delos was extremely engaging and knowledgeable and by the end of the tour we truly felt like we knew everything about Delos. Our day trip to Delphi and Premium Private 5 hour Catamaran Tour in Santorini were just amazing. Our whole experience was beyond anything we could have expected. When I found kids love Greece I honestly read the reviews and tried my luck as we wanted to experience Greece with our kids but only for a limited period of time. As Maria Tsigoni replied to me, she gave me incredible advice, especially as we were travelling with kids. I have to say, from the booking of our hotels to the airport transfers everything was perfect! The engineer who visited to provide the Survey was on schedule and was articulate in his explanation. We also had the benefit of the same engineer attending to do the replacement installation. Whilst it was in effect a "Like for Like" replacement (my unit was 14 years old) but the new Model was the same layout other than it was a few millimetres taller. This caused a problem as the original unit was directly under a sink waste and just fitted snugggly. The Engineer brought along with him a smaller waste for the sink and fitted (F.O.C). What more could I ask for in terms of excellent Customer Service

Incorrect gear fitted during unit assembly in America causing malfunction, but replaced by your engineer. Since then the unit has performed satisfactorily, as advertised, but I feel strongly that this lack of quality control during manufacture should be strongly criticised.

I spent many hours researching into the best products on the market, not only is this product a great price, but it's clinically proven and the team were on hand to answer my questions.

I really feel like every effort is made to make the shopping experience a special one, super happy!

I enjoyed the range of activities we did at kings camp this year, it was very diverse. A point for improvement would be maybe to split the groups up a bit more, I know this may be quite hard to do depending on the amount of coaches and children. Overall, I enjoyed my experience in kings camp this year, it was very fun and all of the coaches were very passionate and kind.

Was the first year of my son attending Kings camp & he thoroughly enjoyed it. I couldn't fault anythng apart from not many photos shown at his camp but regardless of that he really had fun from start to finish & the red tops did a top job, apart the form filling in for my son who is accident prone so I apologise for the paperwork on that front! But overall he had a wonderful time & he has said he would attend again!

I was referred to Kingsbridge by one of the directors of a company that we work alongside quite frequently, after our existing insurance provider informed us that they were ceasing trading in insurance. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process of dealing with Kingsbridge and am very grateful that their quotation is on a par with what we were paying previously.

I was previously insured through there sister company and received the email they were merging approximately a month before renewal. I contacted them to ask a few questions about what this would mean to me. They answered all my questions in a professional manner and then checked my details so they could provide a competitive quote. Despite insurance prices going up, they bent over backwards to give me a renewal cost, as close as possible to my previous costs. After a short while and discussions with his superiors, my original insurance price quoted was reduced to well within £100 of last years price.

We are a GP Federation of 30 practices covering a patient population of 230,000 patients. We have used Kingston Smith to provide HR support to the Federation as an organisation for the last 2 years in addition a number of our practices have also taken advantage of individual contracts with Kingston Smith under the umbrella of our Federation contract. The team are extremely professional, whilst also being very personable, response times are excellent. Our practices who use their services are also delighted with the service they receive.

KS are good are providing up to date and efficient HR advice. My only area of improvement, is being transparent and proactive when a contact is OoO to avoid surprises and a mini handover to a new contact would be beneficial to now have to repeat ourselves.

First class and a first class product. I bought a range of their swimwear and sunbathe in the park, normally wearing the minimalist ones. I want to tan all over. I liked them so much I also bought the underwear. Super comfortable to wear.

I expect the product is good, as are all Kiniki's products, but since I haven't yet received it (in Canada, by snail-mail) I can't give a better rating. Canada Post is suffering from COVID-19-blamed delays.

After looking and getting several quotes from a number of well know showrooms through Google we came across Kitchen collection and were very impressed with the internet site which prompted us to visit their showroom in Southampton, after seeing the build quality, number of options and helpful advice we purchase the Coleridge alabaster from kitchen collection. Ordering through the website was extremely easy and user friendly.

I can confirm that we are delighted with the two units. Our ceilings are quite low. We wanted midi-height units to maximise storage space without confining ourselves to tall units with cupboards. We incorporated a free standing fridge into the unit and topped it with an oak worktop to match the rest of the kitchen units. The website pictures were very clear and this enabled us to chose the best doors to match our existing units: it was a good guess and we're very pleased. I changed the oven unit slightly. I put the fillet that was to be above the oven to below: I felt that the oven was too low. This might be considered as an option in the future, as the space could make a useful warming drawer. Its just a dead space on mine but I suppose I could have done that if I tried hard but as with all these things time was of the essence.

I bought a plinth heater for my new kitchen from KitchenHeaters.co.uk. It arrived quickly and well packaged but unfortunately the heater didn't fit my plinth. I returned the heater within 14 days and got a full refund.

This is the second heater I have purchased from your company and on both occasions service and advice (I asked about the fitting of the first heater) your technical department sorted it so I bought and fitted. It worked exactly as they said.

Ordered 5 sets of knives. Singular knives sent. When I contacted them, they told me I'd ordered a different item. Even though my receipt confirmed I had not. Bought the sets again in a different colour, sent me singles again!

I order the wrong sink and needed to get a new one urgently the same day as worktops were being templated. Although I was outside the return period Courtney has been extra helpful in helping me return the item so that I don’t end up with an expensive sink that I don’t need. First class service.

Roger was very helpful and had a wide range of doors in a variety of colours for us to choose from.He assessed our kitchen overall and suggested making the cupboard ends the same colour as the new doors which is very effective.On his recommendation,we used redundant space in the cooker housing to provide extra storage space. We would recommend Kitchen Wizard and use them again

Excellent workmanship from Danny and Ian, very little disruption at all during the 5vdays fitting. A misunderstanding led to a delay fitting the glass splashback, but was rectified and the guys returned to refit the plinth once the floor was fitted. No mess at all , if any was cleaned up before they left each day. Just make sure you have plenty of coffee ......... Great job would highly recommend

One star to much Kiwihousesitters need to stick to their polices they get owners to tick. This is not good enough - The fact of the matter is the homeowners said that you agreed to having others on the property and believed you were staying in your van. NOW why would I housesit in winter to sleep in a van with no heating. I had a 24yr man turn up drinking demanding to stay as its his mums house. This mum knew I was on my own no reception for ph and internet and allowed him to turn up at night 8.40ish pm to stay in a one bedroom place. After she and partner confirmed no one would be needing to come in house as some others were going and coming from a nearby cabin. As I said to kiwihousesitters of course I am not that stupid but even if I was your polices stated no one should be coming on the property. You put me at risk and scared the heck out of me. These owners should not have gotten a 2nd chance. I have not been able to housesit for people I don't know since

I think that Kiwi House Sitters handles things in a very professional way and it gives me a feeling of security to belong to a competent group.

I am sure the washer/dryer I ordered is great and Knees Home and Electrical website was easy to use, however I can't comment in more detail as I am yet to receive my order . The delivery company has not been great and I still have no idea when I will be in receipt of my washer/dryer.

Knees Home and Electrical’s Service After our initial online order of a Rangemaster cooker we were promptly contacted by Ian at Knees who then began the process of ordering and arranging delivery of our specific 900 Elise style slate colour cooker (which we had been unsuccessfully trying to order from other more local and national outlets for a couple of months). As Knees had the exact model and colour available on their website and although they were quite a distance from where we lived Ian contacted us regularly via email to update us on our order and delivery from Rangemaster direct (which was speedily arranged). Knees also arranged, for a small fee, to have our old cooker taken away on delivery of the Rangemaster. As mentioned Ian contacted us regularly throughout the process and again after delivery to check that everything was ok. We have no hesitation in recommending Knees electrical they were helpful, efficient and reliable.

the delivery was made on the day Knight products said it would which was great considering the amount of snow we had, had over the last few days prior.

I have been buying yarn for many years from Knitwell and have never been disappointed in either service or goods. I consider them the best wool shop in England.

The ordering and the product are worth 5 stars, but the delivery by UPS is worth 1 star - they were a real nuisance. They came at times we were out, left slips to say they would leave it where we asked and then would not leave it without a signature - because it came from a knife shop. Then their depot was closed when we went to collect - so it induced lots of bad vibes.

Good knives, but "6 pieces" should mean 6 knives, not 5 knives and a block. Also the delivery company went to the wrong address, we only got the missed parcel by chance when we went to collect something else.

I have tried various other versions of adhesive labels (for my 2 sons school uniform, PE kits and various sports wear) and this product far surpasses them all. Easy to use website , extremely quick delivery following a straight forward ordering system. Great experience, even better product.

Overall I am happy with the stickers as I bought them the third or fourth time, however, the writing on the green stickers came out this time in black instead of white, which doesn't look nearly as good as the stickers with white writing. all previous stickers had writing, which looks much neater.

We've used Lagrange for a few years now. Web site generally works at least passably well. There is an English speaking UK based office to deal with any queries and they do so efficiently and accurately. Unlike many sites when you do enter something in the Special Requests box it is actually taken note of and acted upon. Peerless service!

Improve communication I only got updates when I chased, and in the end gave up and worked directly with the repairer once it finally went in for repair

I am so glad I took out the Range Rover extra insurance which was only about £35 for the year. They sorted everything out after we had a car accident. We didn't even have to contact our own car insurance Company. The car was taken away for repair after only 2 days ( it was still drivable) Kindertons were absolutely brilliant, they kept us informed all the time and chased the repairers on a regular basis. The car came back as brand new. we were really thrilled.

Brilliant service - DPD left the delivery at an address 1 minute from where I work

I was the one doing the chasing all the time. A relatively simple claim took ages to go through. My Official Land Rover dealer had a different system to Land Rover insurance for uploading the estimate. Rubbish really. During the process, communication was poor and most of the time I had no idea what, if anything was happening.

I thought all repairs were carried out by main dealer not mass sub contracted spray shop.
