I love freedom insurance have used it for the last 4/5 years - the site is simple to use its prices are competitive and if you get stuck there is always online chat or call them they really will explain everything you need. This was one company I had to call when struggling to find insurance to make sure we all got home together if something went wrong. I would recommend you at least try them

Wie schon erwähnt, war der erste Teil der Reise - Ljubliana nach Piran - super. Gute Hotels, exzellente Karten und Beschreibungen. Insgesamt kann man das nur weiterempfehlen. Leider war dann bei der Reise in Istrien das Kartenmaterial mäßig bis falsch. an einem Tag passte Karte und Beschreibung überhaupt nicht zusammen und auch fehlten an entscheidenden Stellen (Weggabelung, Verzweigung) Kleber oder Anweisungen (rechts oder links). Wir haben uns mit GPS geholfen. Das Hotel Vila Lili war leider sehr schlecht. Die Leute waren unfreundlich, sprachen weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sanierungsbedürftig, das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht..... Das Gepäck kam immer rechtzeitig an.

Overall I thought the Prague to Dresden cycle tour was not as spectacular as other European cycle tours I have done. There are many industrial sites bordering the Elbe River - not so attractive. On the positive side the maps provided with the route highlighted by textacolour were very good. The detailed maps showing the exact route to the hotel at the end of the day's cycling were excellent - better than any other tour I have done. Two of the accommodations were one person bands - the same person was at reception, cleaned your room and also served breakfast in the morning. On both occasions, I could not gain entrance to the accommodation when I arrived because that one person was either not available or was doing something else. At Litomerice I arrived at 12:37 pm but could not gain admittance until 3:20pm. I filled in time by having lunch in the main square. It was a fine day so this did not matter too much. But if the weather had been bad on this day I could not think of anything worse - being tired and in wet clothing not being able to have a hot shower immediately on arrival and being able to change into dry clothes. The actual accommodation at Litomerice was very good. By comparision the hotel at Decin had reception manned all day up to late at night.

I wouldn't go with Freelance again - the property we stayed at had some variances from the description and the photos were out of date (probably taken some years ago and some areas of the property had dated badly). We also had cause to visit their agents to have a few minor issues looked at and also to ask them to contact the airport for us with regard to a lost item. Although the issues were addressed by the owners of the property, i don't think I've ever come across a more disinterested or vague individual as the woman who we dealt with. We got no feedback on whether they had contacted the airport in fact no one even contacted us to check if the issues had been addressed

As always very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, its why we keep coming back year after year !

I am very happy with my Freesat Recorder and service, I have Purchased two over the last 3/4 years, As for ordinary Freeview TV, it is useless in the Weymouth area where I live, also the channel list is very poor compared with other Regions, the reception also in my local area is null and void in the spring and summer months, due to a spinney running behind my property with a lot of very tall trees, the owners will not lop the top off them ( local Junior school ), it is just getting possible to get some reception with Freeview now as all leaves have been blown off now. In spring it will start to get worse again, All I can really say is, thank god for Freesat, it has made viewing so much better, and many more channel's.

My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel Being a rider for over 40 years with little technical expertise and keeping up with bicycle development I decided as a dedicated fan my cycling team, Madison Genesis to purchase a bike to go with their outfit in time for Semaine Fédérale 2019 in France. I was contacted by Maddison regarding the possibility of a used team frame which later transpired non availability of a medium size frame but I was directed to their authorised distributor freewheel for a new one at a discounted price. In midst of all excitement I duly followed the instruction and happily clicked on the link and ordered myself what supposed to be my star possession. I received a few days later and Xmas came, thought no more about it but after when I took it to my cycle shop / mechanic Paul Hewitt cycle for building it as bike I was duly informed that it was a disc frame?! As what he meant well his explanation was a bitter pill to swallow. Paul advised to contact Freewheel or Maddison for a replacement which I did but none was available. A Bummer! Well dejected and swallowing my bitter pills with pride? I was offered a refund which I don’t believe they were obliged to do so but gracefully received however, I have gone back to where I was “waiting for the ever illusive Maddison bike). During this experience what surprised me the most was receiving the best customer service from Liam at Freewheel whom I cannot thank him and freewheel enough for their advice, assistant, support and most of all the gesture of goodwill. These kinds of organisations are a dying breed as we live in the world what I believe grab and run. My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel

I love shopping @ French Connection. The clothes are trendy and they fit me well.

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

I was struggling to find a way forward with our website content, and having observed Ray's extremely helpful & informative posts on UKBF for a number of years I knew that the freshbananas course would be something special. I was not wrong! The way that the course is structured and written just cuts through all the jargon, myths and bs so often associated with SEO which means even a non-techie like me can really get stuck in and produce well written and highly optimised content in a logical, no-nonsense way. Ray was also kind enough to spend over two hours on the phone with me to analyse and identify new opportunities for my business which, frankly, I would have missed. Very helpful, professional and clearly at the top of his game I cannot recommend Ray's course highly enough.

Products arrived two days after I ordered them, in perfect packaging.

One of the main items I ordered, the Body sun screen 30, was no longer available. A big disappointment as I had been recommended this product. However the company did provide an additional face sun screen at no extra charge, as well as some little samples of other products. Hence the 3 star rating, but a higher star for their attempt at goodwill.

I registered on the phone and the representative was helpful and kind.

Thos company give false information to reel you in but after you start with them they change what they have saod to line there own pockets i was told my child maintenance wouldnt be taken into account when the court finally ordered my ex to pay and now im getting the money they want 50% thos os for my children not me they also change your income amd expenditure to suot them again and change your correct income amd expenditure and then after 1 year when they do a review they try to get even more money its a total scam and im taking tjos to fss and the financial ombusman tgey did the same with my partner too

I ordered the night before so I expected the order to be processed on Monday morning and as I paid extra for next day delivery expected delivery on Tuesday. It arrived on Wednesday so probably not worth paying the extra if next day doesn't mean what it says. Otherwise OK I got what I paid for

I bought a chest of drawers which I found on their website, and I so pleased with it, everything I hoped for at a good price, and delivered within 3 days. There are so many good products on their website that are different from the run of the mill, that I will definitely be going to them again. It is easy to rate a company well when everything goes well but I am rating this company 5/5 for the way in which they dealt with an issue which was totally beyond their control. It think that is a far greater assessment of customer service. I am also very happy with my sideboard. It is exactly how it was portrayed on the website and I love it.

We love Fusion Reactor and have been using it for 10+ years. The product is great and we love it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of Digital River (ShareIT) who handles their ecommerce services. Too long to get into here but we had a terrible time trying to renew a couple licenses due to some inflexibility on the part of ShareIT. Other than that, our experience with Fusion Reactor has been superb, especially their support staff.

I have good experiences with this firm who have done two major clear-up sessions in my garden. Their gardeners are friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable about trees, shrubs, lawns and landscaping. My only criticism would be that they pulled up some of my smaller cherished plants while enthusiastically weeding my flower-beds.

G8plus introduced us to a capital group we never would have found. We needed to reframe how we looked at things, but it worked out well!

In the start-up phase, we raised $1.7 million in small investments, ranging from $20,000 to $200,000 each, to get us going. Every dollar went back into the company. I am definitely not one to moan but the lack of responsibility and moral from this company has baffled me. We ordered 16 large (and pricey) black A4 gift boxes from these people and due to a busy work travel period the 100% undamaged delivery boxes were stood unpacked in a quiet corner waiting to be unpacked. When we yesterday unpacked them it turns out that 6/16 are damaged beyond intended use. The company’s response (24hrs later) was “We’re sorry they you’ve received damaged boxes but these were delivered to you a month ago and T&C’s...” That’s just fantastic. I totally get the importance of T&C’s, we run a business too! But the complete lack of responsibility or even the tiniest gesture of goodwill really baffles me. Look elsewhere people, there are plenty of companies selling boxes (!) -don’t bother with the soulless ones.

Everything about them is a cut above, whether it be their online service from their no nonsense, easy to navigate website, with their store to door tracking, or their amazingly professional staff in their store (Glasgow). The quality of the products are worth paying for and are a joy to wear. Attention to detail is a major part of my profession, Gant have it down to a fine art.

I received my order in only a couple of days like they said I would.

The delivery was very good, the driver put the pallet exactly where wanted. The rest was less satisfactory, rather than compost the contents was still composting! It was steaming and so hot I could just put my hand in but not keep it there. This leads to my second area I wasn’t happy with, amount. Don’t take any notice of the photos showing full bags on the web site. I have had bulk bags from other suppliers over the years and one of compost at this address last year. Then the bag was full, Garden Topsoil was at best ¾ full and as still composting rather than compost would compact even more if left to fully compost as the contents of last year’s bag was. The compost has been used on the same six 2 year old raised beds as last year, topping the soil level up to the top of the boards. Last year I had enough left over to have already used the reminder of that bag this spring to nearly do one bed. Garden Topsoil’s bag thus had one fewer bed to do and given the plants in the beds was now more mature and there had been the mulching last year I was a bit disappointed the amount was so much less as to make it difficult to actually finish mulching this year let alone have any left over. I was however pleased with the low amount of plastic, there was a number of bits of black plastic bits and some old rubber bands (looked like the dreaded Royal Mail rubber bands). In summery 1/ delivery good 2/ not compost but composting material 3/ disappointing amount in the bag and given 2 would be a diminishing amount compared to actual compost.

Easy to order, good value & was able to book exact day for delivery which was in a 3days following order placement. Lorry turned up on the day requested & was able to offload bulk bag on pallet onto drive. Topsoil was better quality than I have had before so was well happy to put it to test on my lawn returfing project. All in all would defo use again & would recommend to others

Kyle at Clacton could not have been more helpful, tested our camera and cable, the camera was fine so bought new cable, he also explained the difference in the two cameras for sale and we are considering buying the better one.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery I paid for a saturday delivery and even in current climate they ensured this happened.

Ordered was placed early April , money was taken, initially told 2-3 weeks for delivery . After 3 weeks tried to make contact , phone number not working .Numerous emails sent , no response . Sweet peas eventually arrived. Looks like they were just thrown in the box, poor quality plants. Then had to to wait for the geraniums and begonias to arrive . Again poor quality , expensive considering the size that was ordered. No apology, no refund . I understand it was a busy time but lack of communication and poor plants , it’s a no from me. Very disappointed

Some of the plants i received were poor quality,, begonias,, broken and dry,, dianthus,, very small,, petunias dry and withered,, the gazanias and lobelia are that far behind still not planted out because they are too small and frail,, usually plant out begining of june,, not middle of july,,, overall probably able to salvage 65% of the plants,, got about six flowers on the dianthus and around 10 on begonias,,, Wifes birthday on monday and poor show of flowers,,, the gazanias and lobelia were a disgrace to send out at that time,, i know things have been difficult this year but i would have respected you more if you had told me you were unable to supply,, wont be bothering you in future,,

After going through the set up as per instructions and using the tiller for 15 minutes, it would not re-start. Everything was tried but no good. Any suggestions?
