Pockets would have gotten five stars if the DHL landed duty (for delivery to Canada) would have been included directly on the order price. Duty charge was unexpected. Wasn't a mega amount, but still made the order a little more expensive.

The service was good and fast delivery but I was expecting 5% off the purchase for registering as a first time customer and that didn’t happen at checkout which was a disappointment.

Thanks so much to the Pocock&Shaw team for immediately resolving a problem (battery exchange in the smoke detector) in the house when I was unable to walk due to an accident. The immediate response was very much appreciated.

Delivery of rental units was scheduled with no problem, it was requested that the company call 30 minutes prior to drop off and that did not happen. I received a call as the driver was on site and he had to wait for someone to meet him which took 30 minutes. It was set up that payment would done via credit card but I was never given notice when a charge would be coming through and there were additional charges at the end that was not made clear up front.

First class customer service - i had to send my first order back as I'd ordered the wrong size, and the replacements were sent out that same day, no quibbles.

Poles and Tracks were excellent but the goods were not delivered on the stated day and one of the boxes was torn down the corner seams with polystyrene filler coming out. The

Daniel Dawkins was excellent, he deserves special mention. Very diligent.

We were helped by Nathan Braithwaite who once again exceeded our expectations. His communication was great and he explained everything to us. Once again police mortgages have been brilliant.

I shopped around for quotes and not only was Policy Bee the most economical, the proposal form was the most straight forward to complete, and the business was placed with a premium insurer, very happy !!!

I have been in the high performance scene for about 24 yrs and these guys absolutely shocked me by there above and beyond service. Fox shocks were 4-8 weeks out, they pieced together a perfect pair with the correct valving and LSC adjusters in a day and sent them out. I didn’t ask them to or even say I was in a rush. Email received to say delivery would be the next day but not actually delivered until 4 days later, not your fault, delivery company and understand things are difficult at the moment but unable to give 5 stars for that reason.

Amazing quality products, the two dogs (and one of the two cats) love the foods and treats. All junk free and you can see the effect it is having on their insides from all the presents being left in the garden and out on walks. Super quick delivery, have already ordered from Pooch and Mutt again.

I have been coming to Portland chiropractic since may 2019 with lower back pain and shoulder pain in my right hand side. I had previously been to multiple physio therapists and none helped. Since I have been coming to Portland chiropractic, the treatment has helped me so much I can now do a range of activities without pain and the staff are all professional, kind and approachable which made me feel very comfortable. I saw Roshni at Portland for ACL physio pre-surgery. Roshni is brilliant. Very thorough and professional. Communicates really well with me about my rehab. Her enthusiasm and encouragement helped motivate me to keep up with the exercises. Very pleased. I will be going back after surgery for my post-op care too.

Nothing at the point of booking to let you know that you cannot use the service if you’re not issued with a boarding pass after checking in online. Didn’t find out they couldn’t take my luggage until the driver showed up so out £55 and was not even offered a partial refund. When I contacted customer services I was just sent a link to an FAQ that I didn’t see when making the booking, if it had been more visible I would not have booked in the first place. Ended up paying for a taxi to get to the airport with my luggage which was around the same price and a lot less hassle.

Superb; easy pick-up the night before, text message the following day with bag label numbers. Arrived at the desitnation and the bags unloaded with the rest of the flight.

I was disappointed because it was a birthday present. You could not see what it said on the disc you needed to have a magnifying glass to read what it said. If it had given you the measurements in the first place it would of saved a lot of heart ache & money it cost £170.

Easy ordering, worried when post tracking check & order didn’t arrive on day Royal Mail stated however Posh Totty said to wait 2 more days & they will check. It did arrive 2 days later. The necklace is a high quality product. I had each of my sons names & year of birth on each ring. Would definitely use Posh Totty again.

I have placed an order for one of the penguin mouses as I have been using it in the office and have found it very comfortable with my carpal tunnel syndrome. The order confirmation e-mail, as well as the website, clearly indicated 4 working days as delivery date. It is now well over that (order was placed on 22/04 and this review was written on the 30/04) and still have not received a dispatch e-mail or response to my query through the support e-mail address. Ordering ergonomic computer accessories covers usually an urgent need. In my case a flared up carpal tunnel syndrome that has slowed down my work considerably. The payment was taken from my card on the 23/04 but I have yet to receive the product. Update: I have now received the tracking email

During these trying times service was very good had to wait just a few extra days for delivery but to be expected at these times, would certainly be buying from them again in the future. and the bra is better then I thought it would be really comfortable and fit well.

This course wasn't the easiest I've attended in my career, but with the help of andy it was palatable as he broke it down into digestible piece's, his working knowledge was incredible. A true gentleman and top lecturer.

I would definitely use Prague Airport Transfers again. I was met at the airport and shared a car with one other. The driver was cheerful and polite and drove us directly to our hotels. I got a very early pick up (private car) for my return journey and again the driver was on time and very professional. I was a bit worried about using a tfr company at first, but tried anyway. I'm glad I did as my journey was so much easier. I'd book again in the future.

I thought my driver was very personable and his English was excellent. He was a safe conscientious driver. I should have tipped him but I didn't have any more Czech krona in on me!

Over the last few years I have used Praxis 42 for e-learning and also consultancy in a number of roles and the service and system I've found to be one of the best. Account managers are friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend this company to anyone requiring health and safety training or consultancy services.

We have experienced a few issues with the software this year and I think this is mainly down to our company upgrading the software systems to Microsoft 10, where Microsoft Edge is set up as the default browser of staff systems. Unfortunately Praxis42 stalls when using this browser. However, where we have experienced issues they have done their best to advise to try and use alternative browsers. I would recommend them to other organisations.

They sent out a reminder containing the details of my policy and then followed that up with a phone call the member of staff that I spoke to was helpful and efficient, I paid over the phone and my documents were emailed to me on the same day. All totally hassle free.

Really bad parcel delivered to local post office not my home too far and difficult for 78 yr old to collect from there so asked for a refund or re delivery - no response from Prima Pods at all or Parcel Force. Neighbours would have taken in and signed for the parcel. I am now going to let my credit card company sort it as legally the seller is responsible for making sure the items are delivered to my address.

I have only now started the course, but the support so far has been really good and the material is all up to date. I got the newest edition books sent to me and the staff from the Academy have been real helpful with answering all of my questions.

One of the tutors at one stage of the course was difficult to reach for feedback. Admin staff were prompt to respond and remedy issue. A minor hi up.

The feedback is very constructive and when you ask for assistance they respond within 24 hours or less. Its been a great learning experience this far.

I find the course material light and superficial; it is mainly a starting point for sometimes quite overwhelming online research... the tutors answers are not always "to the point" and I had to insist to have real answers to my questions...and as it takes around one week to have a feedback, I find the process a little bit frustrating...

Previously I have experienced great customer service with great tasting protein and fast delivery, with my lastesr order, the delivery took 3 days despite paying for next day delivery and the flavour strawberry it’s absolutely horrible!!! I’m gutted as loved the first two flavours so ordered a 2.5kg serving of strawberry with I cannot bear to drink. This flavour definitely needs a review. Really disappointed
