This was my fourth holiday with Real World and once again they were brilliant. They helped me plan a wonderful bespoke holiday with extremely helpful advice on where to go, where to stay and what to see.

We booked a 3 week holiday in Chile, including Easter Island, and Argentina through RealWorld Holidays. We had a great time and all the important things worked out really well. The RealWorld web site is very informative and there are various standard tours plus optional trips for each destination which helps you build a personal trip. RealWorld will also then further tailor this to your requirements, e.g. add on extra days for personal exploration. They also arranged, all the flights and car hire for us. They offer small boutique hotels in interesting areas of town. There is also a useful information pack with a summary of your final itinerary.

Last minute panic buy for Father’s Day not expecting it to arrive in time due to the 5-7 days notice I received for dispatch however it arrived within 4 days of purchasing it and it also arrived in time too which I was really pleased about.

I was meant to receive the photo book within a week when, in fact, I received this almost 2 weeks later. This meant I couldn't give my mother her present for her 60th birthday milestone so I was extremely disappointed.

I purchased the recommended piece for 1911 and it looks great. But, also rubs too much on the slide causing hang up's. I was able to file down the peice using some light sand paper and now it works fine. Still an inconvenience

I have used Recruitment Revolution for many years. I’ve mainly used them to recruit experienced b2b telephone sales people who are extremely difficult to find. I’ve never failed to find someone, usually very quickly. They are great to deal with, reply to emails very quickly and are really helpful if we are struggling to find the right person.

We’ve been using Recruitment Revolution for around 8 years. They have filled hundreds of roles for us in that time - saving us a small fortune... which for a growing business is incredibly important! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The service is faultless and, in my opinion, better than most of the recruitment agencies we’ve used where you’ll pay upwards of 20% to fill a role. The quality of candidates is excellent and the pre-screening they do makes our life so much easier. In terms of value for money, they simply cannot be beaten - end of. We’ve found them effective at filling roles anywhere from living wage (i.e. our warehouse) to Director level. There’s not many agencies that span that breadth of recruitment.

Lee opened up his shop when we called in on the off chance,he was very helpfull and we tried a few different ciders before we decided what to to buy. We are going back again soon because we like proper cider and we want to try the wine.

I will be going back here for Christmas presents, as well as to restock myself! Very helpful staff and the opportunity to taste pretty much any of the ciders you fancy.

Excellent suggestions for accommodation, great driver, lots of local knowledge by driver, support during bombing, help with sorting out accommodation difficulty. Were some hidden costs though, including driver accommodation and extra fuel we weren't expecting

Manjula, our driver, was terrific, the car was clean, new and very comfortable. He knew where to take us each day and the best way to get there, we always felt like we were in the best hands.

Very helpful customer services who sorted out discount code. Their new signature lounge is great. Makes a lovely pleasant place esp after a long car journey. Well worth the cost especially if booked in advance (has to be done by phone not online yet)

My partner and I travelled on the 1.30pm East Cowes to Southampton crossing, yesterday 28th February. We upgraded to the signature lounge and the service was awful. The staff were all outside smoking, and there wasn’t anyone to greet. We were eventually offered a drink by a man, but it wasn’t friendly. There then wasn’t any table service at all. The man was borderline rude and completely disinterested for the rest of the journey. I had to ask for another drink myself, and when I came to the bar to get it, he was on his phone. Really, it isn’t acceptable to be paying for a better service and then have employees who aren’t bothered about giving it to you. The ferry is expensive enough as it is, so to pay extra and not feel it was worth it is a real shame. It would also be a good idea to have somewhere to hang your coats as they were soaking and getting water all over the chairs and tables.

I had a very productive time with both Chris (part 2) and Pete (part 3). I had support all the way through from the team at the end of the phone. Having passed my part 3 I am now loving life as an ADI and have the trainers at RED to thank for that.

I’m very happy, customer service is great they’re very friendly and always happy to help, I don’t think there is anything they could improve on, they’ve been great, and I’m loving the training course, so excited to start my new job in the new year

I had a breast reaugmentation with uplift by Dr Prashad in September 2019 at Newton Le Willows hospital. They didnt contact me to book in for a followup with the surgeon until a year later saying it had been missed. I told them I was unhappy with my results as the surgeon had used smaller implants than I had previously even though I had asked for bigger and I still have loose skin. They never contacted me again. Now only 3 years later I'm looking into having surgery again with another company to rectify the problems. Overall very disappointed.

Mr Prasad Tummy tuck Everything was great until I started to have problems . Too long to stay here and rant on about .Worst things though for me . Feeling like nobody is listening 18 months down the line after finishing in A+E finally he intervened . I had 3 weeks of drainage to relieve the excruciating pain I had endured up until then as pressure had built up more and more Its near on 2 years now .Still having problems . Not even tried to go back as I m done with feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Been to an esteemed surgeon for a 2nd opinion . Horrified by what I have been told .Collapsed abdomen wall .So called muscle repairs ..dont even want to think about it ...apparently split down the middle. Liposuction either not done or done incorrectly ...and much much more . Will need now to live like this as further expensive remedial work is not an option .

I booked a vacation with redtag and a couple days later the price ended up decreasing. Having read that they offer price drop assurance I figured I would just call in and have the cost adjusted, well was I ever wrong. When I phoned in (I waited almost 1.5hrs) the customer service rep just rudely told me they don't offer that, despite it being easy to find online, and it was my mistake. I would highly recommend booking through another provider that gives you some type of compensation/reassurance if they choose to adjust the price

It felt reassuring to have this in place for an emergency trip to London which required me to hire a car, the car hire company were great but do charge a lot to give enough cover to provide peace of mind, I have bought this cheaper cover many times for travel worldwide and would recommend it to others, I would buy cover from this company for future trips

I've been with RWW 8 month now - once registered, the website and reporting app is super easy to use. The web chat feature is very helpful, if there is nobody online to chat to straight away they will reply be email to answer any queries quickly. You can get paid by shifts, weekly or monthly - payroll quick and efficient! Need to keep an eye on the dashboard and be quick to get the shifts!

Asked for a 1mm and you sent a 2mm and took 3days to get here not that impressed.

Good site cheapest 1 I could find bit disappointing the postage price tho and wee delay in getting it but free cutter included couldn't find anywhere could beat it ????

Sam is a very friendly and approachable person and is always transparent about what he can/can't achieve. Of the four roles we have asked for his help with he has successfully and quickly filled 3 of them so far with one still on-going. He is a pleasure to work with - after meeting James also I can see that the firm is a happy place to work which may be why the results are so good! Keep up the good work!

I had a problem with all the work I did with the company. They answer emails too late. They do not respond to tickets. Or they answer too late. I received a letter from the UK government. They say they sent it to me, but it is not known where the letter is currently. Although the letter is an important letter, it was completely sloppy. I had more problems, but the character is not enough to write them all

Excellent service when reporting accident and also very good and helpful in getting repair done only criticism is I had a voucher for £250 towards excess but still waiting on it being repaid to me. Would recommend Renault insurance only thing it is verhy expensive and £500 is a very steep excess.

My no fault claim was dealt with by Kindertons Accident Management on behalf of Renault Insurance. Whilst the staff were fairly nice and friendly I found it very difficult to actually get hold of my case handler so ended up speaking to lots of different people. Also had to do a fair amount of chasing to get updates on what was happening with my car and claim, they weren't very proactive at keeping me informed.

My experience at Renault Croydon was memorable because Shoaib Khan was a brilliant salesman. Knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. His communication was excellent and he understood all the functions the car had. Great great service. Very impressed.

We are always happy with Renault Croydon and this is the 5th car our family have purchased over the years. Our salesman Lewis was very friendly and helpful. We never feel under pressure or rushed and the car is great.

Apt was clean and the location was excellent, in the heart of the action but quiet at night. Unfortunately boiler broke down on final morning and no-one available to deal with it, information in folder in flat was out of date. We were asked to strip beds before departure, not a problem but the duvet, mattress and super thin pillows that were revealed had all seen better days.

Lovely spacious apartment with quality fixtures and fitting and a very comfy bed, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, easy bus ride to town centre or a pleasant 20 min walk, Marc is a very helpful chap and the welcome pack is a nice touch .

I don't go to Gatlinburg alot but this is the 2nd time I have used Reserve Gatlinburg and believe I rec'd the best price and it was so easy to use.

The service was good, however; I had double charges on my account and one says preauthorization charges.....it has been on there for 3 days now and still has not given me credit on my account. I will keep check on it and contact someone if the matter is not handled.

Peru & Brazil, May 2019 I have wanted to visit Machu Picchu for many years and when my daughter said "dad when you go to Peru can I come with you" we fixed a date to coincide with her 40th Birthday. We met Katie Aston from Revealed Travel at the holiday exhibition at Event City Manchester in 2018 and was impressed with her knowledge of Peru and appreciated the way she listened to our plans and over the next few months Katie tweaked her very detailed itinerary to suit our needs and budget. The reality of the trip greatly out-performed our expectations and I cannot begin to explain in this summary how superbly organised everything was. Peru 9 nights - Lima, Nazca, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco Right from being met at Lima Airport by the Viajes Pacifico representative with his large yellow sign with our name we were pleased with the professionalism of this company, on the numerous excursions arranged the staff were very well turned out in matching uniforms, all spoke excellent English and have a knowledge and passion for their culture and history that really made every minute with them so enjoyable. All of the five Hotels chosen by Katie that we stayed at in Peru are amazing, in the best locations with beautiful rooms and great food, at the Ollantayambo Hotel my daughter said " this is paradise I never want to leave here" and my wife and I felt the same. Brazil 7 nights Copacabana Beach This was planned as a "chill-out" by the beach week to recover from the full-on time in Peru, again the representatives from Del Bianco greeted us at Ria De Janeiro airport and gave us a good insight in the ways of Rio. The Hotel on Copacabana Beach was superb and the people did their best to look after us but had limited English so there was a lot of sign language to get by. All in all I would highly recommend Revealed Travel for the way they listened to what we wanted and then surpassed our expectations in every way :-) I would like to thank Katie and all the staff that contributed to fulfilling our dream holiday. From initial enquiry to collection of the vehicle was three working days. Ben was very efficient, polite, courteous and informative of the company process into the buying of the car.

I couldn't be more impressed with Kate at Revilo, from the first contact she was super helpful and keen to negotiate a price that worked for me. Despite interest from other buyers her approach and level of service was too good for me to turn down and something I really valued. On the day they picked the car up, all paperwork was done online beforehand and the money arrived in minutes. I don't think you can honestly ask for more, brilliant throughout , thanks Kate and Revilo.

Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, particularly Gill and Jamie (the two people I dealt with). Excellent communication, kept in touch with frequent updates. When asked a question or asked for help I was always happy with the response. Fixed rate fee was also cheaper than all other agencies I approached.

The service provided was second to none , the lettings manager yvette's approach has totally professional and left us in no doubt we had the right person managing the letting, yvette was extremely caring as she guided us thru the different stages of the lettings process

I have used Richard for many years now for ALL my mortgage and Life Protection needs. I first found Revival Beds by searching on internet. Their Website was easy to navigate with plenty of information to make an informed decision. When I requested a quote I got a swift answer and brochure. Once I placed an order, I received communication from Revival beds all the way through to delivery. They delivered exactly when they said they would, were very efficient and helpful.

Excellent service and they sold my house in less than two weeks. To my mind there is still nothing to beat a traditional estate agent and Greeners quickly sorted out problems that would have been beyond the capability of an online agency.

Maria, took us step by step through the buying process and helped us to complete on the day we wanted to. When things got caught up and slowed down through the solicitors she facilitated the way through... I cannot recommend Richard Greeners and particularly Maria support highly enough.

I purchased the Madison towels in two orders. Delivery was very prompt. One order had to be split delivery but they contacted me to explain. It arrived a day later which wasn’t really a delay to me. The towels wash well and aren’t so high a gsm to be water wasteful. I’ll be buying more.

Your part went well but the shopkeeper , in the middle of giving me the parcel, made me stand there waiting while he served another male customer who arrived after me. Only then did he fetch my parcel. I found that very rude and chauvinistic. I will never use that shop again!

We bought our house through Richard James 21 years ago, so when it was time to sell we went straight back to them. All the staff are great, very helpful, professional, get you the answers you need. Had a lot of dealings with Chris - absolutely fantastic, i know i can be impatient and a pain in the butt!! He's a real assett to the company. Very professional service by the driver of our coach. He explained everything regarding pick up time and place. It was our first time travelling with Richmonds so we were very pleased with our trip.

When booking the event was sold out, I was told they would try and get tickets and let me know, as someone else wanted tickets.I had to ring back twice on different days, to find out if I had tickets,the second time I was told yes they could get tickets. Thank you.

Ordered 2 dozen glasses on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday, very well packed with lots of padding. No breaks! Love the Pinot glasses and the gin glasses. Chardonnay glasses are a little smaller than expected but that was my fault as I ordered the wrong ones and should have bought the Chardonnay glasses for Oaked wines (according to husband) not Riedel‘s fault!

I’ve always loved Riedel. I remember once bringing home the remainder of a bottle of wine we didn’t finish at a restaurant, pouring into our Riedel glasses & saying “Wow! This is SO much better. Wish they would’ve used Riedel at the restaurant”, which by the way was an excellent restaurant. They just chose to cut one wrong corner. And ordering online was so easy, and we got our glasses in record time.
