When I spoke to Wendy, she was very informative about the hotel and offer and searched the various airports I gave her to get the cheapest flight. She explained everything to me and gave advice to save money on the extras that were available.

A couple of gripes, first, the price quoted increased within 4 hours and second, there is no mention of our luggage allowances listed in the what’s included section.

I signed up to Inspiring Interns and within a month got an internship. The instructions on how to set up the video cv were very clear. They then sent me jobs that were all relevant to what I had expressed interest in, and didn’t pester me with jobs that I wouldn’t want. They were extremely helpful throughout the interview process, providing regular updates, answering all queries and checking how things went. I am very grateful for all the help I was given.

I am impressed by how effective Inspiring Interns have been. Constantly worrying about our job search process, asking how the interviews went, making sure to establish contact between us and the employers. I also felt like I was beneficiating from a very personalized service, and I enjoyed the person from Inspiring Interns calling me to catch up and get feed back on the job application process. I needed insurance for a new commercial cleaning job and I set up everything and was able to buy and get a certificate, I noticed the certificate was messed up because I didn't put the right amounts so I called, got holly and she had it fixed in like 30 sec.

I feel that out of the 4 different people I spoke with on various questions about insurance they were not willing to be friendly. It was the first time I’ve ever had to have insurance and when I was not understanding what is covered they were just repeating the same line from a book. Not once did some one ask, have had insurance before, what did they cover, or anything along those lines.

Gladly, I've only every used your service once, but on that occasion their staff 10/10.

I have been using over 5 years and made substantial savings when compared with taking out additional insurance with car hire companies.

I was not made aware when I accepted the quote how much would go to the insurer and how much was made up of fees etc. I only realised when I received the paperwork, by which time I had already paid. This should be communicated upfront.

The delivery of certification and other relevant documentation within 24 hours was a huge selling point of Insure My Business. I needed it ASAP to start work. Although provision of a quote and customer service was prompt and effective; it has now been over 74 hours since purchase without me being able to see customers. Please send through the certificates as quickly as possible so I can reward what has otherwise been good quality service.

Very pleasant staff but they have put the wrong on the policy and despite trying ring them several times I have been put on hold for 15 mins plus and haven't been able to speak to them yet....not good!

I can only comment on the installation carried out last week. In use, I do not know how it would perform - and clearly I do not want the situation to arise whereby it is called into action! So cannot give 5 out of 5. We chose the Gold installation service: very thorough and left very little mess. Pleasant fitters who clearly know their work. Come back in one year and ask me.

I spoke to 5 different companies in trying to source my new car. IVF were head and shoulders above the competition and the service that I received from Stacey was amongst the best I have ever had, anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I found Intra Capital to be very helpful especially when I have never rented a property in London before, Alastair took his time to go through the tenancy agreement with me and explain everything that was not particularly clear to me.

I rate these guys 5 stars, Alastair’s really great!

They obtained the PPI hat was due to me but I found it very annoying that Investor Compensation (UK) Ltd, seemed to me to function in a manner that indicated a great lack of liaison between different sections of their Company! The result was that I was 'bombarded' with quite unnecessary email and text messages that were either repetitive or uninformed as to what was really happening. I would not choose to use them again.

I can't fault the service I received from this company although there is still one claim outstanding. My only complaint is the fact that they ring you on a weekly basis when there is absolutely no reason to ring which I found really annoying when nothing was happening with the case. I took many phone calls from them, with me complaining about them ringing for no reason, to log the fact this was really irritating and could they only get in contact when there was some development or reason for the phone call. Eventually the calls have stopped but I have stopped answering my phone in the day because of them.

We have booked with this company 4 times now and we have experienced the utmost care everytime. This year we have decided to return to Fiskardo in Kefalonia and wanted to stay in a particular appartment ....we had stayed there a few years before. I needed to call to make the booking and the person I spoke to was really helpful. We booked the exact appartment. Later we decided we needed to hire a car for a week...I sent an email to the same person and she was extremely helpful, and she amended our booking invoice within half an hour! I would recommend Ionian and Aegean holidays to anyone and we are looking firward to our future stay.

We have been using Ionian every year since 2006 and always find the staff helpful and cheerful when booking and and any follow up questions.

Terrible, paid £123 for 2nd floor access and summit. The second floor was closed. Was told that we could go anytime between 2.15 and 4.15 arrived at 2.30 and the tour had already left. I overpaid for my tickets by £70. Will be leaving an o live complaint and advising people to avoid this scam

Helped us through the process of claiming for compensation for mis sold policies that we wouldn't have bothered with resulting in the successful payment of over £2000 that we weren't expecting. They kept in touch with us either by phone or letter throughout the process & we were very pleased with the outcome.

I have purchased two separate times and each time was quick and easy to follow.

I originally contacted them back in April but only finally signed up a few months back (long story!). I really liked the fact that they were really easy to talk to and there wasn't any hassle or pressure to sign up. In fact I must have spoken to them for over an hour when I first contacted them and they explained everything really easily especially ref the exam fees. I've found the courses really comprehensive and easily broken down which makes studying much easier, especially when you are working as well.

I received a 5* experience, Mark at IT certify is super knowledgeable and really nice to speak to. I had some worries the course would be too difficult for me but Mark assured me and helped me with lots of questions I had.

Excellent quality, machine washes well, and have re-ordered as these dog blankets really are the best blankets ever; I now have 5 for my 2 dogs and use them in the back of the car, on the sofa and take them when we go away. I selected a pattern that matches my home decor, and I definitely recommend - don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed and they are worth every penny. They even send fabric samples.

I emailed Jackson Green and Preston the day after I received an offer for the property to tell them it would no longer be available for auction. It seems this message did not get passed on and it remained available for a further length of time until the auction office rang to find out what was happening.

During covid I could not get my deposit back so I re-scheduled for this summer. I was told on Tuesday that my trip departing on Friday was cancelled due to an insurance issue. They ruined my holiday and on top of everything not willing to pay for any incurred costs such as my plane ticket.

I've done four trips now with Jagged Globe and continue to be super grateful for the expertise and patience of their staff and the quality of their trips and courses - the focus is always on safety and ensuring you have the best possible experience.

My only reservation was the timetaken to complete the repairs, 12 working days.

I would have rated an excellent but felt that I was left dangling a bit after the accident was switched from a"No fault" to a "fault " claim. I did discuss this with one of your managers who agreed that it wasn't handled quite as well as it should have been

The overall service was very good, although the first contact on the morning following the accident was not helpful. At that time I did not know whether a claim would be made as the damage looked small. However I was told that he could only help if a claim was to be made. I needed advice at that time not a 'jobsworth'. It is pleasing to say that after that poor start everything was handled well, and I have particular praise for Jemma Latham and her patience with me. Japan Journeys friendly approach and great attention to detail made our trip to the wonderful country of Japan, truly memorable. They have an extensive knowledge of the country, its people and customs that is second to none. The overall itinerary and escorted excursions were excellent and fully met our expectations. I highly recommend Japan Journeys and will definitely use them again next time we go back to Japan.

I had the most wonderful time last year traveling to japan with JJ. Our guide was fluent in Japanese and had as much fun as we did. A small group of like minded people brought together by a love of bonsai. The excursions were fantastic, apart from food everything was taken care of I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Based on Lexus Croydon We were in the market for a hybrid and narrowed it down to Lexus and Mitsubishi - but the quality of the car and the dealership experience really swung it for us We felt well looked after and everyone from the receptionist to the sales manager were more than accommodating and friendly. The salesperson (Steve) was extremely helpful and thorough in to showing us around different cars, explanations of different features, taking a couple of test drives and eventually taking ownership of the car 2 weeks later (used RX450h). All questions were answered promptly when they could and if not a response was done a few days later. I certainly didn't feel we were getting inferior service even though the car wasn't brand new! Lexus dealerships get good reviews - about the quality of their vehicles and customer satisfaction - and I'm happy to report from this customer that this was the case throughout We negotiated on price and part ex'd, so that the cost in total was similar to a standard garage forecourt and that included a heavily discounted 3yr warranty for our peace of mind motoring. We've only had the car 1 week and are loving it - so hopefully the experience in owning a Lexus stays at this level

The staff are very professional, conscientious and always eager to find the best tenant possible.

I ordered 3 magnolias for the price of 2. Because 1 variety was not immediately available, they sent a replacement, with information that the one requested would be sent when available. This duly arrived - I now have 4 magnolias for the price of 2!

The travel agent made a mess of releasing the flight tickets and that caused delays at check in at both Aberdeen and in Jersey so wasted over an hour of our time standing at check in desks while Flybe staff tried to resolve the issues. The service at the Norfolk hotel was efficient and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was kept clean and tidy and the food was good and plentiful. The only downside was on the day of departure a 10 am check out was a pain as the return flight home wasn't until 6 at night. Fortunately the hotel allows you to leave your luggage until it's time to go to the airport. My wife inadvertently left her old I-pad on a table in the lounge near reception on our departure day and she only realized that at security control at Jersey airport, unfortunately it wasn't handed into reception and further phone calls to hotel failed to find the I-pad.So that soured the visit to Jersey a little ..but all in all worth a visit..

Jacob and Tom have done an excellent job to chop down 1 tree and reduce another, which involved the removal of a large amount of vine weed creeper. They worked efficiently and left the site clear and tidy. I will no doubt use Jesmond Tree Surgeons again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

A friend and I were out horse riding on the 8th of january. St Michaels Avenue and The Avenue in Seaton Delaval. You/ your staff members were working on the corner of this busy junction with fast traffic. A member of the team ensured we could pass by safetly by stopping the traffic and any loud machinery. This made a real difference to our ride, potentially preventing an accident. Thank you again, Rosie and Stephanie (Charlie and Domino).

We were on the plane for 2 hours before we were offered any sort of refreshment including water, we were not offered this the whole flight. On one occassion when i did requst water it was forgotten. I have yet to see anywhere where we were asked or advised to prepurchase meals or drinks. We were surprised to be told that we had to buy items once we were on the plane, i have reread my ticket & still cannot see anywhere about warning about having to pay for food, movies, drinks and even blankets!

We arrived from Newcastle for a flight from Sydney to be advised that our flight had been delayed 24 hours. We asked why we had not been notified and they said our agency had been. I immediately rang our agent who had not been advised and they provided excellent service rearranging our accommodation and changing our return flight. We then had to put out relatives and stay overnight in Sydney. I found tbis totally unacceptable!!
