I was relocating to Spain and wanted to take my cat with me only I hadn't a clue where to start! Sam talked me through the process and very quickly arranged the flight for my cat along with a very sturdy travel crate for her to travel in. We both arrived in Malga safely last week and I can't thank Sam and the driver Wayne enough for all their help and support and would highly recommend their services. P.S. I think I was probably more nervous than my cat throughout the entire process, thankfully Kiki has settled well in her new Spanish home!

Extremely happy customer VW Tiguan 98 Black 2 owners with full history. Saw the car on Autotrader and It looked in very good condition inside and out. I called (JMC) and John answered the phone and told me a little bit more info about the car that it had been looked after by its previous owners. John invited me to come and have a test drive and he said that I wouldn’t be disappointed. When I arrived i looked at the car inside and out and it was immaculate. Went out for a test drive and I had to have it. The company offers a 3 month standard warranty but I went for the 15 month plus package just to give myself piece of mind. All the details of the warranty pack were explained clearly and positively. The hospitality was great and good quality coffee (no mellow birds). If you look at the cars that they have on their yard you can see that they only deal in good quality motors so I will be recommending this company to my family and friends. Top service overall.

Great personal service from Jenny & Lowry (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) they have amended the delivery times of this & the day bed to suit out holiday & new conservatory timings. They also sent a cushion fabric swatch which as been really useful.

I accidentally ordered 2 items instead of 1 and only noticed when the payment went through. I rang immediately and spoke to a lovely lady who sorted the problem straight away & issued a refund fif the surplus item. My order arrived promptly and at the correct amount!

A superbly organised packing and removal firm with the entire contents of our 3 bed house packed in 5 hours and enroute to our new home.

Johnsons recently moved the belongings from two houses for us. From the planning stage to the delivery of our furniture the company were professional and careful with our possessions. Communication by our moving 'planner' and the office staff in Northwich was excellent. However, I have not rated the overall service as 'excellent', because with one move the packing was not completely systematic, and a few objects were left in cupboards, which we spotted when we went round to check. The second move was excellently handled. We would use Johnsons again and would recommend them.

Left message and Jenna called me back first thing in the morning with a very competitive price. Kerosene delivered within 48hrs.

I was very disappointed when I phoned in my order to be told due to the covid 19 situation if I was to need oil ASAP I would be charged £60 plus for the privilege, I said that I wasn’t desperate for the oil and thought it a shame that the company I felt were cashing in a the situation! I work for the NHS and am very aware of the current situation, thankfully myself and colleagues are not demanding a premium!

I bought my 13 yr old daughter a bracelet and she didn’t like the style. Joma jewellery were understanding and the return was easy. I will use them again but let my daughter choose her own this time. ; )

My sons purchased two bracelets-one from each of them for their mums birthday present. Both were delighted with their purchase,I was delighted with the price and furthermore my partner was over the moon with her present

I thought the weekend was great and they did a great job of maximizing the time even with the downpour on Sunday. Our coach on Monday however while very nice, lacked energy and I would have liked a bit more motivated coaching from her. Had we had better coaching in Monday I would have given 5 stars. Nonetheless i will come back.

My family (wife and two kids, age 11 and 13) and I just came back from a week in Luz at one of Jonathan Markson's tennis holidays. We had a terrific time! The kids really enjoy the lessons and so did my wife and I (possibly even more). Luis (the head coach) and Ricardo were terrific. I wished they took the kids for a day or two as well as they were fun and full of good tips (especially Ricardo). We stayed at the Baia da Luz apartment resort, which is really nice. Large apartments, two pools (one for adults and one for kids), two additional tennis courts and one restaurant. The apartment was serviced twice during the week and there was a garage space available. The village is relatively small but with a very nice beach and some good restaurants. It is very close (10 min drive max) to Lagos and about one hour west of Faro, which is the closest airport. The weather was extremely pleasant basically the entire week in spite of being the last week of October.

My experience with Jonny's Sister was excellent, I ordered the personalised tweed weekend bag for a colleague's leaving present, I needed it delivered to me within two days (outside of normal remit). I called up to order and explained my urgent requirement to Becky Russell, Customer Service Executive - Becky's level of service and attention was way beyond what I expected, she called me when they were personalising the bag to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, she also informed me when it was dispatched and then checked it was delivered and I was happy with it. I'm not sure if this is their normal service but I was really impressed with how Becky dealt with everything so pleasant efficiently, and of course I was very happy with the final Product. I will definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to everyone.

The girl I ordered from online, ( think her name was Ellen) was so very helpful, when ordering and requesting that accessories to match dress were held over unto in could get into the shop. Also girls in Newtownards shop were very helpful to

Being South America specialists they are very knowledgeable about the countries and their infrastructure, we found not all big name travel companies were so informed about remote areas of Chile. Mary-Anne was prepared to change our itinerary 2 or 3 times until it gave us the right amount of time for each place we plan to visit. We wanted to travel right to the end of the Carretera Austral and they booked us a hotel that they hadn’t dealt with before as it was off the beaten track. Very pleased and looking forward to our adventure trip.

JLA were fantastic in the circumstances, keeping us informed and immediately offering us a full refund as our trip to Buenos Aires and Uruguay was cancelled on the day we were due to travel

My First order, everything was great, the account manager Liam particularly helpful. On delivery I only got about a third of my order. There was never an indication that the full order would not be delivered. I rang customer services and left a message as instructed for a call back within the hour. No Call back in 4 hours. I then contacted Liam and everything resolved.

Delivery Lead time dropping to 15 days is a joke

an excellent seminar in particular the talk from Dylan and his unfortunate accident . This was probably the wrong audience for his talk, it would be better given to the workforce. However it was better than Jason Ankers talk and we may consider contacting Dylan if he would be interested in doing some talks for us.

I found the day very interesting especially the guest speaker which was the highlight of the day. A large variety of products on show and knowledge by the staff of the products was good. Very well looked after throughout the whole day.

I would recommend them good jubbas time will tell how the quality is but just like anything else unless you know you size you will have to try the clothes on would recommend going in to one of their shops

I booked with Just Sardinia after. I had spent hours searching online for a holiday . Emma made the booking process simple and she was very patient in helping me to look at all options. The total cost was less than that on many other sites . I would definitely recommend Just Sardinia .

We have holidayed with Just Corsica and their sister businesses Just Sicily and Just Sardinia over recent years . They are great at understanding our brief and booking the right accommodation and flight packages to suit our needs .Hotel Santa Maria at I'lle Rousseau perfectly fitted our needs for a relaxing break in a lovely setting with great facilities and our request for a sea view couldn't have been better satisfied with the best view of a brilliant sun set every evening .

I rated them 5 stars because they were very good in their dealing with me, prompt reply to my questions, They were quick to explore my options and report back to me to make an informed decision on my options. In the end I got a very good deal for my trip to Sanya. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and I will also book with them again in my future trips. Andy Cossey is just the best knee surgeon you could ever wish for. He is such a clever man and his skill unbelievable. I had complete trust and faith in him, and rightly so. The result of my knee surgery is just wonderful. Walking without pain and able to do virtually everything I used to be able to. It’s still early days, just 4 months since the op, so will be able to do everything ere too long.

Contacted Just Knees from Italy after a skiing accident. Got an appointment for the day after I returned to the UK. Andy Cossey was excellent, very reassuring and gave me total confidence in his suggested treatment plan.

British "team" are extremely helpful - a little disappointed with on-site personnel who didn't reply to phone message left on answer machine even though problem was sorted the next day by the maintenance team - a courtesy response would have been nice.

We did the 7 Kapalua Ziplines and it was amazing! Both of our guides were awesome and made us feel VERY safe. It was our first times ever doing this and we can’t wait to come back. Both guides recommended amazing places to eat on the island which was very helpful. We went on Monday October 14, 2019. We have already recommended friends to check this place out.

I've been two years in a row with different people. The guides were likable and helpful. Lots more fun the second time around, less scared. We got to know the other folks... Europe, Conus, Downunder. I tried racing... extra water bottle was full giving me an edge. Our guide helped with restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely a winning event.

First, the response time was amazing, I sent an email through the system and received a confirmation immediately, Second, within 24 hours I was on the phone having a conversation with my event planner confirming our event location, date and time.

I worked with Laura Burningham. She was a great person to partner with for my company event. I gave her what I needed, my budget and she was able to fit everything within it. I am leaving a 5 star review for the groups department at Karisma Resorts in Miami, FL. Elena Romero was our group coordinator and she did a fabulous job. My group had been difficult to deal with as we did not expect many people to book. This resulted in many changes and constant communication with Elena. There were 2 little hiccups in the booking process but as soon as we addressed the issues, Elena corrected them. I would recommend booking with the groups department solely because of Elena Romero.

I have just returned from Mexico where I spent 2 fantastic weeks at the Azul Sensatori in Riviera Maya. The hotel was fabulous. The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The staff in the hotel and all the restaurants are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. All the restaurants are good but my favourite was The Caribbean. The experience at Le Chique Restaurant was amazing. I would like to say thanks to Nancy and Luis for bringing me drinks at the pool and keeping me cool. I would like to say a big hello and thanks to Malaka, Jorge and Mike from the Entertainment Team. As I booked my flight and hotel separate I didnt have a rep as such but I would like to say thanks to Jonathan and his team in Gazebo 3 who were very helpful stating that If I had any problems or needed any information whatsoever to just pop in and they would be there to help me, which they were, so thanks for that. I would definitely go back, all the staff do an amazing job to make everyone feel welcome.Also well done to the guys on the beach, they work so hard in the heat of the sun to get rid of the seaweed. I am saving for my next Sensatori Holiday now.

The flooring seemed to present very few problems and I had an excellent layer. The flooring looks beautiful and I would recommend highly.

I got the stickers after just 10 days or so, but i live in Norway, not England. KartDavid should send more update mails, and tell you that you need to confirm the stickers.

Have bought off the shelf and custom items from Kart David for over 6 years. They use an excellent high quality product, provide great design services, and communicate very well and ship fast. Have recommended to many friends and I will continue to use them exclusively for all my kart graphics.

As a property buying agent for over 15 years we deal with many estate agents on a daily basis. We have worked with Kay & Co for the last 10 years. Not only is the service excellent, it is also consistent. The new office in King Cross has a fantastic team led by Charlotte and Jack. Whenever we have a search in the area they are top of our call list. Our clients have all enjoyed working with them too which is obviously essential for us.

I have booked a non-refundable room for Sunday 1st October. Kayak changed this to Sunday 15th October AFTER taking my card details. This is useless to me. I will never use the site again. The customer service guy tells me the hotel is now closed and he can't change the booking. Kayak is a great site for those people who like throwing 50 quid away on nothing.

I wanted to pay now with Credit Card, but it just said I booked and closed. Not a good website.

I have always used sidestep.com for all our travel deals and have recommended it to everyone I know. Lately I have not been able to access it on my computer. What is going on? I have no idea where to go for as good a site as this one for planning all our trips.

I have used Kayak for years! Lately the price watch is a crock. Click and price goes up. Ok I get it sometimes it happens BUT on every flight I have searched the past 3 months?? The kicker is that those prices don't change then on their site--still show the cheaper rate for a few days. ARGH. So sad to be discontinuing our relationship with what was once the crown jewel. :-( Goodbyes are hard.

I have only had insurance with KBIS over the past 18 months and i can not fault them. The prices are competitive and the service is unbeatable, if there are ever any issues (albeit i've not had many) they are quick to answer questions and deal with any queries.

They got everything right, communication and assistance with all parties in pushing for and achieving completion of my purchase to my target time of 3 weeks.

Keats have been managing the letting of my Haslemere home for 10 years. Over that time they have successfully found me excellent tenants to suit the property, and handled almost all maintenance issues very well. They then handled the sale of the property and this again was managed very sensitively in view of the market conditions at the time. It took some time, but Keats supported the whole process to its successful conclusion. I would recommend Keats !
